Appt and amenities were good. My first room had a broken sliding door, reception changed my room quickly. 1st appt was better than the second appt except the broken sliding door. The 2nd appt I stayed had some smell in the bathroom and never go away. But I unpacked everything and did not want to move room again. However, mechanical technician Anthony was very nice and the reception was also responsive.

Great for marathon start location. Easy walk from Heron Quays DLR. Great small studios, well equipped...ideal for a night or two.

Convenient location in Canary Wharf. Hotel staff are excellent. Rooms are nice and large and modern. Can also access viewing platforms on higher floors.

The suite was a bit warn and shabby. The sofa was old and lumpy, with a pile of food crumbs between the cushions. There are tape marks around the floors where past carpets had been, The room had a smell that came from the laundry/garbage area. The shower was backed up and a plumber had to come to clear the drain. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, with a super-thin mattress and a bar running through the middle, but there were 3 of us and only room for 2 in the bed, so my 23-yr old son’s back was destroyed by the end of the week. The staff was excellent and helpful, but didn’t make up for the sub-par conditions. I’d recently stayed in the Cove Minshull Streel-Piccadilly in Manchester and it was a thousand times better - really fabulous in comparison - so this location was a sore disappointment.

Location and staff were beyond nice and understanding

Great property friendly staff, good location for O2… perfect for our needs for a couple of nights.

Every staff member was beyond helpful and friendly. I was able to drop my bags off early, they helped me extend my stay an extra day and were extremely generous and kind.

I like the quiet area and cleanliness. However, having a microwave in the room will be useful.

Modern hotel close to the Thames and near tube stations, shopping and the water taxi, will stay there again in the future.

We had a great stay. Lovely clean, quiet apartment with a great internal balcony that gave us beautiful sunset views of the city. Had a few problems with the plumbing which was quickly fixed. Great in person communication and also via WhatsApp. Had to ask for extra toilet roll and dishwasher tabs which were promptly supplied. 5 minute walk to the DLR which we all loved and 8 minutes to Jubilee and Elizabeth lines. Tesco next door to property. Would benefit from a mirror in the bedroom and having dishcloths and dish towels supplied. Would love to go back. The place was excellent. Ask for access to their upper floor lounges, one is great for the kids, the other has two pool tables and stunning views. Thanks!

Beautiful view....dirty windows. Basic self catering equipment....two of everything and not one thing more, no microwave, no onsite bar but tesco close by. Helpful pleasant staff.Canary wharf itself feels heartless with limited dining.

The place was perfect, lovely sized room and such a comfy bed and high quality amenities. I’d deffo stay again the staff were amazing!

My room had a very tiny window, which half of it was covered. So there was zero daylight and no view from canary warf at all. The second problem was that the staff was very young and most of them didn't even greet us or looked at us when entering or leaving the hotel. Being young is not the problem, it's the lack of management and training, also with the casual clothes (and stains..) on them. Check out was just giving the hotelroom key and no questions about how our stay was. The room doesn't get cleaned if you stay shorter than 7 days, but I do find it weird that they don't even offer an automatic refill of shower products/tea/towels. We asked for new towels which we got, but our used towels in the bathroom weren't taken and they also didn't provide us the whole towel set. Oh and, for some odd reason half of the closet is just a door and you can only use half of it. The waterpressure in the shower was very low so washing your hair takes a long time & on the 3rd day the room started smelling from the shower drain. These aren't huge problems, however when you add them up it does become a bit of a medium to low experience for a 4 star hotel. The location is great, the room is big, the little kitchen is nice for a morning coffee and the bathroom is really nice with many cabinets.

Well arranged studio apartment with minimal, but sufficient utensils and dishware for cooking and eating in. Close to public transportation and nearby good minimarket.

Roomy, very comfortable unit. Was surprised there was no phone in the room, not even to call reception; apparently this is the way new hotels are these days? You HAVE to bring your own phone? No washcloths, handtowels (got 1 later), nor facial tissue and just one tiny wastebasket, for the bathroom. Some crumbs on the kitchenette counter.

Very welcoming check in. Stunning view and lovely spacious and modern accommodation. Great for access to the o2 too.
