Our King bed room was small for two people, but very clean and updated. Location was close to quiet neighborhoods and major bus, underground, and train lines. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Check in was great, Zahra was super welcoming, polite and helpful. She made me feel very welcome and explained all of the hotels facilities. Nice modern rooms and reception area. Great location.

Me encantó! Es muy muy muy pequeña la habitación, no puedes abrir una maleta jaja pero es por lo que pagas. Calidad- precio, excelente. Estación de metro a 200 metros, estación de tren igual súper súper cerca.

I was initially given a room in the lower ground with many flys. I killed more than 10 of them but still can see a few of them flying around. The issue disappeared after I complained and switched to another room. It is not a happy experience. Having said that the staff is friendly when he change the room for me.

Generally a good experience. The room was very small with access only down one side of the double bed, but it was a cheap room for one night. It is well laid out with a good shower. The sink however is tiny, you can't even watch your hands without flooding the floor or the loo. And you can't use push the plug down which is really annoying as a contact lens wearer.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und nur wenige Minuten von den verschiedensten Stationen entfernt (sowohl Underground als auch die Railway Station). Das Bad war schön und sauber aber das Zimmer war im allgemeinen sehr klein. Bei dem 8m^2 Zimmer für zwei Personen mit einem großen Koffer wurde es schon sehr eng. Sowohl der Empfang als auch der Frühstückbereich ist schön gestaltet und die Auswahl morgens war sehr zufriedenstellend. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von zwei Tagen (und mit kleinem Gepäck) ist das Hotel eine gute Wahl.

I just needed an overnight before catching a morning Eurostar. Conveniently located. Clean. It was very small - perfect for one person but could be a problem for 2. The bathroom is a decent size but the sink is comically small and with a large mirror jutting 3 inches out of the wall right above it, it is impossible to use for washing face. Providing facecloths is necessary.

Well, I really appreciated the price point and the location of this property. I will say that they don’t have a lot of options for people with coeliac. They were very accommodating and put something together for me on my first day, but I expected more options for the £12 buffet. It was no worries though because they refunded the days I didn’t use the buffet. It is too bad because I don’t feel that my only meal at the buffet was worth the price but again I appreciate the staff efforts. The ac was also malfunctioning but the window worked perfectly. Love the tv cast option so my girlfriend and I could watch our shows from my iPad on a bigger screen!
