Our King bed room was small for two people, but very clean and updated. Location was close to quiet neighborhoods and major bus, underground, and train lines. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was initially given a room in the lower ground with many flys. I killed more than 10 of them but still can see a few of them flying around. The issue disappeared after I complained and switched to another room. It is not a happy experience. Having said that the staff is friendly when he change the room for me.

Beware of bed bugs and critters! I woke up and realized that my face had a bunch of small bumps. I then saw a bug in my bed. The room had bed bugs. I told management and no refund or other remediation was offered. Strongly recommend going somewhere else at least until the mattresses are confirmed to be completely changed.
