Graduate Cambridge

Good hotel but certainly NOT worth the extortionate rates for it. The hotel is decorated well and had a comfortable room but we had much much much better service at Hampton by. Hilton in bath the week before for half the price Here 1) pur room was NOT cleaned during our stay 2) we had stayed here rather than abroad as I was unwell and my nap was disturbed in the early evening by staff knocking on the door 3 times so I had to get up 3) there was a fire alarm in the middle of the night so very disturbed sleep 4) Nreakfast we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated and several food items were missing including apple juice and avocado We did say something and were let off the parking fees which are also extortionate at £26.50 but the hotel still cost £278 per night. Poor poor poor service for that. Such a shame as the hotel has everything and a good location but all the above means it is worth about £100 per night £150 at a push. I have NEVER been in a hotel where my room is not cleaned but particularly one this expensive and to not take money off such an exprbitant reare for all these problems is astounding. If needs sorting out then it will be a great hotel

Staff members were excellent, helpful and attentive.

My stay at the graduate was excellent. Luca was the perfect host. I was graduate of the day so I was upgraded to a room with a view. 5 stars for cleanliness, comfort, friendliness and location.

Nice hotel with very walkable area (even for us old people) Nice room very comfortable but took me an age to find the light switches. The Mill pub on the corner did great food although small inside.

Great outlook

Beautiful establishment right by the river side, walkable to punting and all the sightseeing area yet feel quiet and exclusive as well. We were there for an event but the food was really good as well with beautiful bar. Room is unique and tastefully furnished too.

Outstanding property and I would rate as the only complete 5Star facility in Cambridge.

Lovely hotel with parking. Staff were efficient and friendly. Great location overlooking the river and only a few minutes walk into the centre of Cambridge. Rooms are Spacious and comfortable. Shower was good and breakfast was great too. Would definitely recommend it. We will be back. Thank you.

Great hotel in centre of C ridge overlooking the river Cam. Great rooms and beautiful rooms. We had a balcony where it was beautiful to watch the setting sun. Meals in hotel restaurant (breakfast and dinner) were tasty.

Fantastic location to stroll around Cambridge…but try not to drive as parking is expensive

I love this place! It’s beautifully peaceful, but for one night when they had a wedding with music well past 23:00. Still, worth it to stay here right by the water. They have the best views I’ve found in Cambridge. The high tea offering sadly is only a teapot with a tea bag (which makes the American high tea I’ve experienced far better!) but the sandwiches and pastries are certainly tasty.

great location, clean and tidy but needs some TLC, reception staff were wonderful, breakfast staff were very attentive, bar staff rude, staff rose garden outside were disinterested with no service skill. breakfast were a good selection and great quality, day menu in the garden was dreadfuil, over priced and poor standard.

No food available between 9pm and 11pm for some reason, despite day and night menus stating that there is. Had to go out to find a late dinner when I arrived. No explanation given for this odd gap either - very poor service for a hotel charging so much. Overall it’s a pretty average and over-priced 4 star. Rooms are a little tired, and parking is extortionate considering the already hefty room rate. Suspect it’s mostly focused on fleecing one-off tourists rather than winning repeat business.

The property is average but good location.
