Chilled vibe, friendly staff and nice facilities

Really excellent stay! Stayed just one night to visit a friend attending Cambridge. What a beautiful room along the river. Everything was spotless and well cared for. The room is thoughtfully put together, the staff were all so warm and excellent, especially the front desk! Restaurant for breakfast was great. Good buffet selection of breakfast foods. Easy walk to lots of tourist sites around the city, easy to reach via Cambridge central station. Will absolutely try and stay here again next time I’m in town!

Great stay in a very central location. Lovely, clean room, tasty breakfast and relaxing bar area. Stand out though is the staff, they can make it break any hotel and the team here were very welcoming and helpful.

We asked for rooms on same floor but got room 322 and 48. Room 322 didn’t have a hairdryer, and tea/coffee selection wasn’t refilled. Room 48 we got locked out as the safety feature had opened so we couldn’t get in, we didn’t have a hairdryer, the shower door was broken. We went to the pool in the morning but waited 20 minutes for a member of staff to arrive to give us keys to get in.

Stunning location on the river, feels like you are in the countryside rather than the City but so walkable. Very friendly staff and made to feel very welcome. My favourite hotel this year.

We often pick the graduate because we love the atmosphere, river views and location. Room was great as always.. Until we dropped something and looked under the bed.. Could do with a hoover. Other than that and the lack of black pudding.. The usual perfect stay. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and attentive. The balcony was bonus, even in December.

Nice room with balcony but draughty! Excellent location. Staff could have been a little more helpful in check-in but otherwise were great.

Very noisy room- air con noisy, plumbing noisy, noise from adjacent room. Not restful

Very well appointed hotel and it has a car park. Very comfortable room (we upgraded on site). Only concerns were queue for breakfast and very slow coffee service (due to lack of staff, I think).

Good location, very comfortable rooms and bed. We'd be happy to stay again next time in this hotel.

Great location. Easy to walk everywhere. The food was Ok but expensive. The room was nice and large.

Good hotel but certainly NOT worth the extortionate rates for it. The hotel is decorated well and had a comfortable room but we had much much much better service at Hampton by. Hilton in bath the week before for half the price Here 1) pur room was NOT cleaned during our stay 2) we had stayed here rather than abroad as I was unwell and my nap was disturbed in the early evening by staff knocking on the door 3 times so I had to get up 3) there was a fire alarm in the middle of the night so very disturbed sleep 4) Nreakfast we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated and several food items were missing including apple juice and avocado We did say something and were let off the parking fees which are also extortionate at £26.50 but the hotel still cost £278 per night. Poor poor poor service for that. Such a shame as the hotel has everything and a good location but all the above means it is worth about £100 per night £150 at a push. I have NEVER been in a hotel where my room is not cleaned but particularly one this expensive and to not take money off such an exprbitant reare for all these problems is astounding. If needs sorting out then it will be a great hotel

Staff members were excellent, helpful and attentive.

My stay at the graduate was excellent. Luca was the perfect host. I was graduate of the day so I was upgraded to a room with a view. 5 stars for cleanliness, comfort, friendliness and location.

Excellent experience.

Nice hotel with very walkable area (even for us old people) Nice room very comfortable but took me an age to find the light switches. The Mill pub on the corner did great food although small inside.
