Hilton London Kensington

This hotel is in a great location! Perfect following hyde park concerts, so many transportation options.

Very comfortable, but new refurbishment has taken away most of the charm of the old KH and replaced it with a Holiday Inn style of bland

On the bus line, near the bus and train station. hotel staff very helpful with directions!

Staffs are helpful. The property is relatively old and gym is small. The location is good and there is a huge shopping mall and underground station nearby. Goof enough for us.

I stayed for 4 days. My stay was pleasant. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only thing that I wish would have been different was the ability to check in early. After a full day of traveling from the US and an issue with my ankles swelling, it would have been nice to check in early to shower and elevate my legs. There was a lobby full of travelers and I found it odd that meraculously at exactly check in time we were all told rooms were then available.

Hotellet är mycket slitet och behöver renoveras! Det måste varit en väldigt bra fotograf eller gamla bilder på bokningssidan, eller kombination.

Perfect location for my needs. Friendly service but short hours for restaurant service.

便利で静かなロケーションが気に入りました。建物は古いけれど良く整備されていると思います。朝食ビュッフェは豊富で毎日楽しくいただきました。スタッフもフレンドリーで良かったです。残念だったのが、清掃後に部屋の隅に古いタオルが置いたままだった事です。

Really dated and worn rooms, bathrooms, hallways, not worthy of the Hilton brand. Felt more like a motel.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal. Zimmer mit älteren Möbeln, aber alles sauber. Lage sehr gut, Straße aber laut.

Hotel extremamente velho, precisando de muita manutenção, carpetes gastos, paredes trincadas, chuveiro ruim. nao passa nem perto de um padrão que se espera de um Hilton, muito menos de um hotel 2 estrelas. teto de gesso caindo, cheiro de mofo por todo o hotel. Café da manha é o único ponto forte porque é padrão. Moveis e utensílios com mais de 20 anos de uso. Qualquer hotel que tenha o mínimo de limpeza é mais compensatório.

The staff was very helpful & kind. The hotel rooms are a little tired and that is the only reason for any negative to say.

We’re generally a fan of Hilton hotels however this one needs a little tlc, location wise it’s excellent right next to Shephard’s bush tube, Westfield shopping and a short walk from Kensington gardens, however the rooms need modernising as there are no usb points, our plug sockets by the desk were actually pushed into the wall, the shower was grubby with age and if you’re a tall person of around 6,2 in the particular room we were in you are showering with your head constantly at an angle, this does however seem to be reflected in the price.
