This hotel was a little out of the way, so you’ll have to use taxis for Transport. They were very accommodating when we arrived early and they got us all checked in. The property was well maintained and the room was a nice size. The staff were helpful and managed all us cruise passengers even though there was a lot of us. I would stay here again. Dover is a beautiful town.

We checked in quite late, but check in was very quick. Staff were lovely - especially the lady on breakfast duty. Bed was comfortable. Only slight negative is that the bathroom was very small - you could only have one person in there at a time.

Very convenient, clean and comfortable. Walls a little thin -could hear the neighbours coughing, However the beds were spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was good too. Breakfast was ok and staff very friendly and helpful.

Gut gelegen,16- 20 min bis zur Fähre ohne Stau. Zimmer sauber. Bei uns war es ruhig, aber es gibt ab und zu Events und es können Hochzeiten bis 400 Gäste stattfinden. Das Restaurant am Abend war in Ordnung, die Lobby ist nett. Das Frühstück war ok, aber nicht 4 Sterne . Insgesamt für die eine Nacht in Ordnung, wenn man nicht ein 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet.

There is nothing special about this hotel but seemed like a good place to stay the night before our cruise. The restaurant was very good and the employees were very helpful when our son hit his head on the sink. However , a bedbug was found in the sleeper sofa and our son ended up getting bites that had to be treated on the cruise ship.
