We liked the easy access to the M1 motorway and the quiet location of the hotel.Parking is one of the best and very important for us to be on site with parking.

Marriot centrally located near shopping centre. Easy to find coming off motorway. Good location and ample parking, charged per night for parking. Rooms are clean and have all the essential amenities. Thought there would be robes as this was advertised online. Great breakfast selection, cooked well and decent temperature. Overall an enjoyable stay, would return.

We stayed for 3 nights in a family room. Close to a mall and couple of super markets. Room was good. One issue we noticed is that kettle was not cleaned properly, as boiled water had a vinegar taste.

Overall OK but felt a bit unwelcome. The lobby was absolutely trashed at 1030pm with dirty dishes and glasses everywhere, they shut the bar, and although it looked like they were serving drinks, the look the bar tender gave us was enough for us not to ask.
Shame as it was a long bank holiday weekend, and it would’ve been nice to relax.
Room great, v clean and comfy. Thought the £4 parking charge was a cheek considering the location is out on a business park by the M1 - where else would we park ?!

Nice modern clean property. Let down by slow room service and the food was cold on arrival.
I don’t understand why there is a £7 charge for 12 hours parking for guests. Profiteering from car parking is unfair on guests who have paid for a room.

I was shocked to find the price (which is expensive for what it is) didn't include breakfast and parking. I had to pay another £21 for parking and breakfast, and the the the breakfast is laid out ie the hot food is very cumbersome and causes un-necessary waiting. Also i found the condition of the room dated - especially the bathroom. Also i wanted to do work from my laptop at night in bed, yet there was nowhere to plug my laptop in. Very frustrating.

Hotel is ok but i have stayed a cew times and last 2 the rooms have been a let down. Paid for a nice room and got special assistance room small bath just not greatm took 30 min to check in. Ordered room servive which arrived cold and was overall poor. Sad to see as it was always my preferred hotel in Leicester
