Not the cheapest hotel but really convenient when travelling in from the Motorway, The EV chargers whilst being AC are good value.
The staff were really courteous and breakfast was good, A buffet but good.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Top notch.
Shame they keep pumping out BBC news on all the screens when it's such a divisive and unpopular broadcaster who's seen its standing dissolve after numerous controversies. Move with the times. GB news is most popular and most watched news channel by far
Breakfast all good but annoying to have to move tin foil out of the way just to reach the eggs each morning.

Booked an executive room. On first impressions it looked good but then you notice where it hasn’t been well maintained or cared for. The most worrying thing was the brown slightly orange stains on the bed cover in two places. I can only hope they were scorch marks from ironing. Bath had marks and chips, no power points near the bed for phone etc.
Staff were all helpful and pleasant but despite that I wouldn’t stay again unless rooms have had a facelift.

Welcoming staff, good clean room with lovely toiletries supplied. Room was a great size but had to unplug the tablet thing in order to boil the kettle. Excellent breakfast and the maitre de was fantastic.
Our grumbles were: why charge for a car park which isn’t near anything in particular, and not advise of charge when booking (Hotels.com) also were unable to get subtitles on the tv as the remote did not have a “red” button (no red, yellow, green or blue) to press as indicted on screen, which is not very inclusive for guests with hearing loss.

Room 248 beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The soap dispensers installed in the bathroom where you stand in the bath to have a shower are very restrictive.
