Check in was very good, the room was brilliant in a great location. The only downside was the breakfast, plates were cold, the cooked food was cold and the bread for toast was very stale.

Upon arrival the person asked if we wanted to pay for breakfast. We had already paid for this in our booking. However we had to find our receipt and prove to them. This was embarrassing and made check in stressful. Do not the most ideal experience.
I can only assume there is a fault in your system that didn’t go to the hotel. Not what. Expect on arrival. Also had to pay for parking and this wasn’t listed on your website.

I did not eat breakfast as it was 14 pounds after arriving at the hotel and paying 99 pounds for a room I was informed I had to pay 7 pounds to park my car and if I wanted breakfast it was 14 pounds I decided not to have a breakfast in the hotel and went to sainsburys instead. It is overpriced and I could hear the person in the room on the phone next to me.
