Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size, very clean and comfortable - the only downside is there was only one spare pillow and we’d have liked two.
Complementary breakfast was great with more choice than expected. Would recommend for anyone looking for a good base in Shoreditch

Adoramos a estadia no Shoredict Inn, hotel muito confortável, limpo e bem localizado. Toda a equipe está de parabéns pelo excelente atendimento. Recomendo a todos, uma ótima opção de hospedagem em Londres.

Unos días antes de arrivar el hotel nos avisó que el elevador estaba descompuesto, cuando llegamos seguía descompuesto y todos los diaa nos decían que mañana estaba listo y no fué cierto, nunca lo compusieron. Las escalearas incómodas, estrechas y tienes que subir la maleta usted mismo. Nos tocó el ultimo piso, el tres, el aire acondicionado no servía, al quejarnos lo que hicieron fué traernos un ventilador! Al dia siguiente nos cambiaro a otra habitación con supuestamrnte aire acondicionado nuevo, pero tampoco funcionó bien, nos trajeron de nuevo el ve ntilador y nos explicaron que los aires no sirven bien.porque al edificio le da el sol en.la tercera planta....

Unfortunately the lift was not working and even though I was given a first floor room, breakfast was then two long flights down in the basement. I appreciate it was beyond their control and it broke just before my stay. That is why I have marked my stay as a 4. Also there were minor lacks of repair - a loose tie back fell off the wall for example.

We had a really lovely stay at the Shoreditch Inn. The staff were very pleasant. The room was clean and there was a lovely coffee machine with parts on the side. The only thing was the pillows were really uncomfortable and the room was too hot and we couldn’t turn it down Apart from that a perfect find would definitely stay there again but take my own pillow

I couldn’t get into the property to check in and had to wait outside for over 20mins only for another guest to let me in as nobody on reception plus nobody was on front desk to even answer the door bell or landline when I rang it. Given I had travelled all day and arrived at 10pm I find this totally unacceptable
