Beautifully presented room, very clean.
Couldn't open windows and strangely no mirror in bedroom only over sink in bathroom.
Didn't have breakfast but made use of the tea and coffee making facilities.

Needed for nothing, comprehensive breakfast, pleasant stay with a good host. Evesham is a nice town to stay and the hotel was fronted by a park and the river Avon

Impressive building, super receptionist, who was extremely helpful. Had a super, very clean room overlooking the river and was a glorious Easter weekend. The room was large with a lovely big firm bed and nice pillows. TV, kettle, extra heaters and fan(if you needed them). Double glazed windows and super shower with plenty of lovely hot water. Nice to sit looking at the river in the late afternoon too. On the outskirt of the town so reasonably quiet but easily within walking distance of the town. Will book again for later in the year now we know it is here 😀

Clean room. Very basic but had fan and heater as extras. TV remote doesn't work properly-despite changing batteries.
Bathroom light hanging from ceiling. Shower head broken and looked very dirty. Paint peeling off wall. Mould above toilet.

Rooms clean, bed very comfy. Recently decorated. Instant hot water. Key card was slow to work and quite annoying. Breakfast freshly cooked and good presentation.

It was described as a premium room. Seemed standard to me.

The breakfast was lovely, the staff were friendly, kind and thoughtful, parking was easy, the little courtyard outside was lovely, just across the road was the river and it was very picturesque. However, the room was tatty, covered in cobwebs there was areas of the ceiling where you could see the water had come through. The bathroom door hinges were loose, which made it hard to close and open, the shower head had been taped on and the water in the sink didn't drain away very quickly as though the drain was blocked and there was a nasty smell that came up the plughole. It was extremely noisy and the bed squeaked loudly everytime we moved. The lady at the fron desk was wonderful and when she saw i was on crutches, she changed our room to one that was more suitable for me. I cannot fault the staff as they were all lovely but the hotel has definitely seen better days

Beds are small.
Mattresses have seen better days as springs and wire frames sticking into you all night.
There noises they make its like trying to sleep inside Big Ben Bell tower.
