Excellent location in the heart of Piccadilly. Plenty of restaurants around and easy access to the tube and buses to explore other areas of the city. Had issues the first night where we were placed in a smaller room than we paid for and music could be heard from a nearby nightclub. We complained and the staff moved us into a larger and quiet room. They also provided free luggage storage as compensation, so they were helpful once we reported the problems. There are no hair dryers in the room, so my wife had to go to the seventh floor beauty room to use the hair dryer.

Das Checkin war schon etwas tricky, da unser Name nicht im Selfcheckin auffindbar war. Wenn man sein Gepäck vor dem Check-in oder nach dem Check-out aufbewahren will, verlangt das Hotel £15.-/Gepäckstück!
Der absolute Tiefpunkt aber ist das Housekeeping, welches jeden Tag um Punkt 9 Uhr an die Tür hämmert, um zu fragen, ob man heute auscheckt, obwohl man 3 Nächte gebucht hat.Auch wenn man der Dame erklärt hat, dass wir 3 Nächte gebucht haben.
Von der Lage her wäre das Hotel wirklich sehr gut gelegen.

The location was excellent. The bed comfortable. The bathroom ok. The room was more like a prison cell with not a single piece of furniture just two hooks on the wall. No chair or table or drawers etc In fact a prison cell would have more And of course no tv or tea making facilities Talk about basic !!!

The staff were very courteous and helpful and this property would be more appreciated by a younger crowd, say in the 20’s. How ever being a couple in or 50’s we did not like the frosted glass bathroom walls, the lack of a dresser/wardrobe, the absence of a night stand, the mattresses being on the floor, lack of chairs to sit in, or bathroom space to put your toiletry bag(s). Everything was on the floor. Everything was on the shower floor. And if you use washcloths, bring your own because they are not supplied.

Great location, close to underground, shopping, food , attractions. What you see is what you get or rather what you don't see. No side table of any type to lay your phone, wallet. No chair, wardrobe , safe depoit box etc. Just a bed in a room. Bathroom was the same. You have to put all your belonging on the bed or on the floor. It is comparable to a private room in a hostel.

There is a club downstairs that plays very loud music until 2 AM. They offered earplugs, but it didn’t help much since the room was vibrating from the bass from the music.

Location was perfect.Check in was easy and staff were very helpful.Needing updating.carpeting could be replaced and some regular maintenance needed.We could not get the air conditioner to work and after showering it was very hot!Bed was comfy!The cocoon served our purpose-wish it was cheaper but that’s it.

El hecho de no tener ventanas en la habitación la hacía muy silenciosa y muy obscura, es bueno si quieres dormir. Se notó un descuido en mantenimiento y limpieza. Ya se vio problemas en los ascensores y solo dejaban toallas sin hacer limpieza de la habitación.

The property is located in a great area, close to all public transportation. It was easy getting here. The only down side to this hotel is that they don’t let you check in early without paying -40 to 60 pounds depending on the time. And they charge 15 pounds to leave your luggage before our after your stay. I’ve never had a hotel charge me to leave my luggage. Other than this small mishap the location is great and the hotel was clean.
