Chambre, propreté et accueil à l'arrivée et au service restauration parfaits.Petit déjeuner formidable.
Par contre, panne des prises électriques dans la chambre, pas de bouilloire, pas de sèche cheveux et pas de possibilité de recharger les portables...réponse légère de l'accueil ( un technicien vient demain matin en milieu de matinée) ; pas de relogement proposé( la panne n'était qu'au 7ème) et pas de voucher proposé non plus alors qu'ine partie des équipements étaient inopérants !Obligée de descendre au bar pour recharger. Heureusement le personnel du petit-déjeuner a été formidable, ils ont emmené les téléphones dans un lieu sécurisé le temps qu'ils se rechargent.
La dame du bar également est restée la veille au soir plus longtemps que la fin de son service pour que l'on puisse recharger un peu led téléphones.

The front desk staff were very nice. Housekeeping was good, but the shower was small and the towels were thin. But for three star hotel, this is as good as it gets. Knowing what I’m paying for, would I stay here again? Definitely.

Hotel très bien placé , moins de 10 mn à pied de Bercy Arena, 5mn de Bercy village et du metro cours St Emilion ligne 14 ( gare Lyon et Orly).
4 arrêts du Louvre chambre confortable et propre. Quartier calme ., Petit déjeuner varié . Employés de l'accueil au top . Employée du petit dejeuner 2eme matin arrogante et antipatique qui fait sa loi sur ce que vous pouvez manger en totalité et surveille si vous vous reservez ! Signalée à la réception et à la direction !

Seuls bémols manque de prises table de chevet et un peu d’âme côté déco des chambres dommage car les communs de l’hôtel sont agréable.

Clean hotel room, friendly staff, good showers. The room is very small, but good for short stays. We appreciated the warm, high pressure showers, though the bathroom did not have hand/face towels which was inconvenient. Main complaint is that the doors and walls are very thin, and you can hear people clearly talking in the hallways, when doors slam, and when someone's in the bathroom in another room. Additionally, we could not control the temperature of the room, so at times it was very warm and humid, especially after showering since there is no vent in the bathroom. There also was loud banging in the morning, perhaps from construction work in the floor below which would be loud in the mornings.

Room was a lot smaller than I thought it was. Can't even bend down in the shower to wash/shave your legs. Breakfast was above par and the gym basic but convenient. Staff was friendly and facilities were very clean.
