+8 out of 10 breakfast. Some more options on the hot section will make it 10.
- Pillows: Although 11 nights in France these were the best pillows we slept on, I think pillows need to improve as the bed is great.
- Acoustics. On second floor you could hear the bed sounds when people were getting out of bed in the morning. Is an old building converted but maybe sponge pads under the bed frame can eliminate sounds
- Breakfast. Not rapid replacement of items that were finished, i.e bread, eggs, water. Had to ask for all three in different instances.

Very Parisian hotel in a good area. Really easy to get around on metro etc, and lots of really nice cafes in the area. Staff are really helpful and nice. If you are going to the Louvre it's about a 30 minute walk or you can hop on the 7 metro and it's about 10-15 minutes.

Really the pictures oversold the experience. Luckily we were only there for a couple days and only were in the hotel to sleep. Otherwise it would have been a bit more of a let down.

Le matelas mérite d’être remplacé. La chambre était vieillotte. Débit d’eau chaude beaucoup trop faible, et lavabo bouché la première nuit.
À mon arrivée le réceptionniste a scanné par carte d’identité, pratique pourtant illégale. Cependant, la personne présente le lendemain a accepté de supprimer le Scan à ma demande.

Did not interface with the staff, they changed the checkin time to be hours later than the online booking. I ended up leaving as I couldn't get into the room on time. Then they refused to refund me, creating a little mess.

Super small and expensive. They also charged my card 200 euros without my authorization as a deposit for a 1 night stay. Its been almost a week and the money still is not back on my card. Other hotels told me about the security deposit upon check in where I would swipe my card and receive the refund the very next day after check out.

Nice and clean hotel however I raised issues multiple times about the mini fridge not working in my room. They assured multiple times that maintenance will replace the fridge however they never did during our stay which was extremely disappointing. Other than that, it was a decent hotel in a great location

Great location. Hotel was small and quaint but the room was a great size! We were a 4 min walk to one of the main metro stations so easy to get around. Lots of cute spots to eat/drink close by too.

Also a first for me, they did not clean the room during my stay!!
Staff was friendly enough but did not seem to care much. Did not even bother to ask about my stay...

Hi I’ve stayed at a few places this year in Paris and I will say for this price range, the room exceeded my expectations. I like the room a lot and layout. They made use of the size of room with amenities you hope to have in your hotel. The only issue I had is they couldn’t take Amex for room deposit and there is only 1 elevator and the cleaning staff uses it too and it really can’t fit more than 2 people at a time and only can fit 1 person with a suitcase. So there could be a wait.

Lovely hotel in the great location. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed and nice linens.Plenty of storage space, nespresso machine and coffee pods are a nice touch. However “complimentary water bottle” was a bottle that could of been refilled at the sink, I would suggest a sealed bottle or nothing at all .Small bathroom but with plenty of storage room and nice shower.
Front desk friendly.
One night it was raining and I saw a bunch of umbrellas that in most hotels are for complementary use. I asked if I can use it and mngr asked for 15EU deposit, even though 200EU was taken upon check in.That left a sour taste for me personally.
Overall a beautiful property in a perfect location.
