It is my fault that I left my ear buds in the guest room when check out. I realized that I did not put it in my bag a few hours later, and came back to the hotel. The hotel staffs said they did not find anything left in the room. The receptionist let me go into the room (house keeper already cleaned the room) and search. No trace of earbuds. I am sure I was using it the night before checking out, and it's gone quickly. I don't say any more, but it is suspicious housekeeper could take it for her/himself. It is very unfortunate.

We were owed a large refund, confirmed by the hotel in writing. The refund was never returned to our bank account and having contacted the hotel, they assured us that the refund would be with us shortly. It never arrived and the hotel has stopped responding to our emails. This was a business trip, so we now have to take more formal action against the hotel. I would not reccomend to anyone.

Very good location - about 300m to two metro stations, and a short walk to restaurants, pastry shops, Gare du Nord (RER), etc. Hotel staff is EXCEPTIONAL! Very professional, kind, courteous, and helpful. The hotel itself and the rooms are OK - clean, reasonable in size, but not as well-equipped, fresh or designy as they appear in photos. For example: small, thin towels, mediocre bedding, old carpets, etc. The value for the money is simply not there. I don't think this hotel, even for Paris, should be charging more than 100 euros (max) for the quality of the rooms and hotel.

Breakfast is very very tiny, the scrumble eggs portion is for one or two person max. They do small refill when it’s empty. 3 slices in total of ham and fruits - I would have expected a bit more variety and quantity for a 4 stars. Also surprising, I arrived 10 min before check in and they told me the room was not ready yet, which is fine but I was sitting there waiting and they only called me to start the check in 5 min after the checking time, which means I was finally able to access the room only 10 min after the checking time started. People at the reception was more kind with some guests more than others. I wouldnt go back, as I didn’t feel welcome
