Clean room, poor facilities, not nice staff

Hotel bem localizado. Quarto muito pequeno, mas com ótimo chuveiro. Ótimo café da manhã. Falta um minibar e cafeteira.

The room was quite small, with very little unpacking space (no drawers), so we largely lived out of our suitcases for the three days we were there. We came back in the middle of the first day to find the doors were locked: a sign on the door told us that access was via reception of the hotel next door. On making our way through the dimly-lit ground floor public areas, we discovered no electricity anywhere in the hotel, so of course, the lift was out of order. Using the stairs wasn't a problem for us, but it would have been for someone with disabilities or with small children. Possibly this was due to a local issue, but we never found out. Though we didn't have any repeat of the power problem, we did come back to find the front doors locked a second time, with reception in the dark and unstaffed. In general, there was a feeling that it was all very Spartan and understaffed. Housekeeping service was excellent.

Wir wissen nicht wie die anderen Zimmer im Ibis Caen sind, aber unseres......kein Platz zu bewegen. Erst recht wenn ein kleiner Hund dabei ist. Gefühlt war das Bad größer als das Zimmer. Garantiert nie wieder! Frühstück war gut! Rezeption sehr freundlich. Sozialräume toll. Werden wohl nie wieder IBIS buchen.

Will stay here again. The breakfast buffet was a nice addition.

I like that the Sunday market was right on the doorstep.

This hotel, does exactly what is says it does. Great hotel for its price point. Would recommend.👍

Such a pity there is not any tea or coffee in the room Something we usually experience in other ibis hotels

Could have done with tea making facilities in the room for the early morning cuppa

Muy bien la habitación, colchón cómodo. El aire acondicionado muy mal, es centralizado, aunque con regulador en la habitación. Cada cierto tiempo dejaba de funcionar y hacía mucho calor en la habitación, a pesar de estar al mínimo.
