We just stayed here for a week,lovely spot! Food was great. Service was good. Here are the only downfalls (but none ruined our time), these are just heads up for others: It is definitely out of the way, you need a car. We paid between 15-20 euro each way for a cab to the train station or town. The rooms are warm, no a/c and if we left patio door open, we got mosquitoes (and a couple wasps). BUT the rooms are lovely! Breakfast was good, you had to pre book it. A little on the pricey side especially if you weren’t overly hungry, you still paid the 15 euro. One morning my husband had only coffee and one egg, but everything was fresh, amazing scrambled eggs, fresh fruit and breads. It was good for sure, if you were hungry. We did miss the convenience of having a coffee maker and fridge in our room, especially staying for a week, just 2 coffee in the morning if we skipped breakfast was almost 7 euro. We have no regrets booking this place just should have done a little more research.

It was a lovely place. We were stranded in Munich Airport from my snow storm. We were able to find this lovely place through hotels.com. They were warm and welcoming, to cold and tired sranded travelers. The food was outstanding there and they were super helpful with the German menu that we couldn't understand since we speak it only English. I would stay there again. Next time I'm in Munich I know I will really enjoy being at this hotel again.

The best German hotel I have stayed at in 10 years of travelling to the country. Modern rooms, with a cabin feel. Great beds, with blackout blinds.. I slept 12 hours straight. Would recommend greatly. They also helped me to pay for a taxi, where they requested cash.
