If you are expecting a 4 star hotel you are in for a shock. The hotel is in need of an update. Switches fall off, the door to the bathroom required an extra push to shut, and the internet was terrible. My daughter had trouble flushing the toilet because the switch required too much strength. We had a deluxe room but her standard room had a pitifully uninviting shower and toilet. On the plus side, the breakfast was not bad, and the location was nice. I wouldnt stay here again.

What I liked was the location. But the staff could have been helpful during check-in process. Also I was surprisingly charged 100 Euros as deposit which wasnt mentioned anywhere during my booking process

This was a return visit to the hotel having last been 3 years ago for my birthday. This time we were there for my wife’s birthday. As before the hotel was welcoming and comfortable and a I’d upgraded to a room with balcony which was a bonus. A lovely touch was a note from the hotel wishing my wife a happy birthday and accompanied by a bar of chocolate. A lovely surprise.

While this hotel was located walking distance to the river, Margaret island, and many food and shopping opportunities. There was a major issue with internet connection which other guests also said they had. It made an otherwise good hotel lose better ratings. Frustrating that in 2025 cannot connect adequately to even email from room. TV was not usable either as the internet hook up to Youtube did not work!. TV channels were few and fuzzy. Both attached photos show circles of trying to connect and it not happening. This was for my entire 5 night stay. I told reception who said it would be reported and that there were issues a few weeks ago but were solved after switching providers. It was not solved. Very disappointing.

Ailemle bir gece konakladık. Konaklamayı konumu itibari ile seçtik. Konumu da çok merkezi değil. İdare eder. Otele girişte bizlere yardımcı olan resepsiyon çalışanı Emiliano’ya çok teşekkür ederiz. Çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Otelin güzel olan tek yanı Emiliano idi. Otel eski ve bakımsız. Odalar vasat. Kahvaltı yetersiz ve vasat. Bir daha ki Seyahatimde tercih edeceğim bir otel değil. Gece geç giriş yaptık ve bizlere yardımcı olan Emilian’a çok teşekkür ederiz.

Çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Otelin güzel olan tek yanı Emiliano idi. Otel eski ve bakımsız. Odalar vasat. Kahvaltı yetersiz ve vasat. Bir daha ki Seyahatimde tercih edeceğim bir otel değil. Gece geç giriş yaptık ve bizlere yardımcı olan Emilian’a çok teşekkür ederiz.
