Swati @reception, was very helpful. A lady @restaurant was very customer friendly. All the staff were very prompt and responsive.

Service was impeccable , I arrived sick and the hotel immediately called a doctor who arrived within 10 mins I was better within 12 hours . Staff is friendly , helpful and fluent in English

The hotel itself was fine. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. However, as soon as you leave the gates, there are predatory rickshaw drivers who are allowed to park waiting on guests. The hotel should not allow this.

A hotel that is not very suitable for its name. There is a cleaning problem. The towels were not very clean, the bed sheets were not completely cleaned. I do not think I will stay at this hotel again.

It’s a new property and quite clean. The staff are friendly. Far from the main city centre and the hotel restaurants are the only good food option (little bit expensive side).

The property has all the amenities, the only issue is , it’s within a city which is very noisy. The outside of the property looks like a ghetto.
The staff was courteous and we were half boarded, the dinner as well as breakfast was really good with lot of variety of food. The room was good. We had to ask them to for the room service. Over all I would say it’s just below 5* but I was happy with my trip.

1. The travel desk was not cooperative and overcharged for ride from Banaras Cantt to the hotel.
2. Also wanted to get more money for airport when I had already paid for 8 hours and it was within time and Kms.
3. The breakfast was not included.
Please return at least Rs 5000 to my card.

Hotel looks good and that is about it.
Service was horrible with hotel staff confused most of the time. Asking about transportation and eas asked to call the travel desk and the rates were all mixd up.
Food was horrible and tasted nasty.
