Staff and Food stood out. Room quality needs more work.

There is no direct car access to this hotel due to construction outside. Be ready to walk a considerable distance among dirt dust and unsafe surroundinds. Unbelievable.

Bath towels are not clean they are smelling and dirty

Service was definitely 5 star. All staff were attentive and amazing. That made up for the conditions of the hotel that definitely could be improved.

Could hear next room no insulation. Towels are filthy

I stayed because of the brand. The chef is bad, food is definetely not upto the standard. The staff is so untrained. The service people would forget to keep towels and milk etc in the room.

This hotel is overrated. Though modern and counting on great staff, and the food being pretty good, it is in a rather ugly and run down part of the city and the pool area is not great, it needs some TLC. There was about 8 square metres in the area next to the pool missing stone slabs, which had become a shallow pool - a hazard, with no signalling to warn of this. I actually saw a hotel staff emptying with a glass. Bizarre. Also, the pool didn't have a life guard, which I feel is necessary for safety. The rooms also smelt of damp/mold. I realise that humidity is high, but hotels of this category should invest in dehumidifiers, and not just air conditioning.

No hotter for a shower The breakfast food quality was subpar. Hotel is fairly new. Not good value for miney

Great stay overall Very helpful staff

Though a beautiful property and had a pleasant stay. Staff at the reception can have smiling faces. Though it hardly matters but we didn’t get our welcome gift.

Very good property

The hotel itself was fine. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. However, as soon as you leave the gates, there are predatory rickshaw drivers who are allowed to park waiting on guests. The hotel should not allow this.

new, clean, friendly staff and I would definitely stay here again
