Masuk gang kecil, lobby hotel di lantai L, tapi check in di lantai PL. Kolam renangnya banyak anak2 yang main (musim liburan) tp sejauh mata memandang isinya asap ROKOK semua. Minta handuk dari kolam renang buat 2 orang cuman dikasih 1 …. Kalau gak siap buat musim liburan mending gak usah pasang harga mahal. Di bogor banyak yang lebih murah, I was expecting top tier service. It turned out meh.

1. Mini cool bar tidak berfungsi, padahal kami sudah membeli makanan minuman supaya bisa disimpan di mini cool bar untuk buka puasa. 2. Tidak disediakan dispenser di luar kamar untuk isi ulang botol minum.

Bad check in experience. Datang utk check 16.15 tapi diinfokan room belum ready, setelah sedikit komplain barulah room tiba2 menjadi ready. Don't understand what they were doing with costumer.
