I had a great time staying at this hotel for 4 nights. The room exactly looked like the pictures: not too spacious but comfy and clean. You could find a lot of art pieces on every corner of this hotel. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. Surely will stay again if I visit Bandung next time.

I was more than pleased. The interior design of the hotel is amusing and very authentic. The small rooftop side to have breakfast is also very uniquely design. A great place to stay and to be recommended to my relatives.

This is not the first time I try this hotel. A few years ago before covid I stayed at the Silk and was impressed of this hotel ambiance. I really liked their interior design. However, recently I checked in again and was disappointed with their cleanliness. The towels and bed sheets looked worn out, you can tell by the color and some furniture were not maintained properly so overall looked like an old hotel. It 's ashamed because actually I like their concept of interior design but cleanliness is more important to me.

Everything awful, the room was smelly, sink was clogged, water flooded the bathroom floor, the parking area very limited, and the price was not match with the quality.

The bedsheet is dirty, so many stains. The shower is rusty and towels look so dirty. The room is not soundproof.

It 's like being pranked and robbed. We paid 1 million rupiah for room and service worth 200.000 rupiah. The room was awfully dirty and dusty, linens have become grey, disgusting. Lighting was terrible, too dark and the one in the corner was not on. The bathroom is dirty, can see the rusted shower and stained ceramic floor. The furniture and floor already too old. My husband was about to take a shower when he realized brown water came out from the tap. I couldn't even let myself sitting in the room, we decided to check out immediately as I started sneezing due to allergies. We are losing our money for nothing. The pictures posted in Traveloka were not real at all. Probably was taken 5-10 years ago. You should be ashamed for deceiving people with old pictures. I want my money back.

A comfortable hotel, like being under a pine forest, the front office is very friendly and helpful with the check-in process. Close to a minimarket, the choice of food or restaurants around the hotel is also very varied. The room smells great, clean, the mattress and pillows are very soft, the room is very comfortable and homey, but there is one thing that could possibly be improved, if you want to shower using hot water, the process from cold to warm to hot takes about 5 minutes, and sometimes it gets cold again, then it gets warm again. Overall it 's good, it's just that on the balcony there is a spider's nest which is quite large. The use of Rentokil is really needed, especially in the balcony section.

Room was okay but the bed was really dirty and many bedbugs 😓 The towel also had many stains, the room had unpleasant smell. Sadly I forgot to take a picture. But the real building was just really old and wasn't taken care.

Overall the whole property look old and tired. AC in our room didn't feel cold. Apparently need for service and cleaning. In the morning I ordered cappuccino right from the restaurant, it came cold, not hot at all. It was that bad that I immediately want to move to other hotel, but since this is peak season, I couldn't get one. It was also for the very first time I have to buy Air Freshener just to make the scent of the room bearable.
