Une grande merci aux personnels et surtout au 2 Femmes de ménage qui était présent dimanche matin le 30 novembre «  souriante, attentionnée elle sont nous refait notre journée « .

Super comme d’habitude

this property has so much potential but the lack of service and care to our stay was disappointing. we waited over 30 minutes in reception and no one showed. I had to go behind the reception and use their phone to try to call someone. no appologies just told they were on a break. later that evening the ceiling leaked, water was all over the floor and again there was no one in reception to help. We assumed it was the air con (which was on prior to our arrival) so we turned it off, mopped up the mess with our towels and put a bucket on the floor to collect any further water. Told reception when we checked out and was told it was probably the air con. Again no apology or concern. We had wet property (bag and clothes) due to the mess and wasted considerable time cleaning up for them, and there was no interest. the people partying all night with their child screaming and running up and down the hall until 2.30am also meant it was hard to sleep. If there was someone on night shift, they did nothing to address the noise. We tried and were ignored. Such a shame, because with a little effort it could be a really good place. This is my first complaint after years booking on hotels.com so really disappointing.

Bien dans l'ensemble, pour y passer une nuit de transit c'est bien. La ville est sympa.

Personale molto cortese ma la struttura necessita di manutenzione, è un po’ malandata

Room was dirty. And shower didnt work well. And all you ask from reception... they help you with a bad attitude. Breakfast it will be a suprice for you im sure and if you need a taxi better book it before you arrive. Location was still nice and the town.

Sconsiglio vivamente

Albergo terrificante. arrivo alle 19.30 e non trovo nessuno al check-in ma semplicemente la chiave della camera con un foglietto con il mio nome, il numero della stanza e una freccia che indicava l'ascensore. La camera ultra sporca, con ciuffi di polvere, un lampada rotta, altra lampadina rotta, letto sfondato, bagno con tavoletta rotta, acqua dal rubinetto che nemmeno usciva e purtroppo acqua fredda per farmi la doccia che infatti non ho fatto. Frigobar ovviamente vuoto e spento senza nemmeno la possibilità di avere una bottiglietta d'acqua. Avevo bisogno di lavorare sul pc, che era purtroppo scarico, ma ovviamente non c'era nessuna presa vicino alla scrivania, ma solo vicino al letto. Ovviamente no ristorante anche se il cartello che segnala l'albergo dice il contrario. Chiaramente la mattina dopo, per confermare la totale incuria verso il cliente già ampiamente dimostrata dalle condizioni della camera, nessuno mi ha chiesto come fosse andato il soggiorno. E' stato veramente imbarazzante la mancanza totale di professionalità e lo schifo che ho trovato. Ultima chicca, insonorizzazione pari a zero, ma soprattutto e questo non dipende dai gestori però, alle 2 di notte sono stata svegliata da una lita furibonda ad opera dei miei vicini di stanza che mi hanno definitivamente rovinato la notte. La colazione manco ho provato a farla.

The hotel is old and in desperate need of renovation. There is a permanent smell of cigarettes throughout the property so they really should implement the NON-SMOKING policy. It’s very unpleasant. The rooms are comfortable but again, old shower, old furniture etc.

Per quello che costa va bene, ma su potrebbe fare meglio

Dovendomi recare spesso a Palazzolo per motivi personali e non di vacanza ho cercato una struttura che mi permettesse un buon rapporto qualità prezzo e questa corrisponde ai requisiti.

Comodo per dove dovevo andare. Colazione da migliorare Camere discrete

ótima localização para visitar as vinícolas da região de Franciacorta. Bom acesso às estradas, proximo à Bergamo, Cremona e Brescia. Equipe do Hotel muito atenciosa e simpática, poderiam ter mais informações sobre a região como vinícolas, restaurantes e pontos de interesse turístico. O ponto fraco foi o frigobar do apartamento que estava quebrado.

Das Hotel hat einen schönen Park. Alte Einrichtung und Zimmer voll Staub .

It was terrible. We booked room whith mobile app with 1 bed. My wife and me arrived late at night. When we entered in the room we saw that there are to 2 beds. The administrator told us pay 10 euros if we wanted 1 bed because it is mistake mobile app ore website not their. In the hotel almost all the rooms were empty. No apologies and compliments from the hotel staff. I think it is an absolutly disregard for its guests! The furniture is old, on the street stinks fertilizers, manures.

Unser Wunsch war es die Floating Piers zu besuchen. Auf dieses Event oder Wege dorthin wurde im Hotel nicht hingewiesen. Das Hotel ist recht ruhig. Man hat wenig Mitarbeiter gesehen. Die Rezeption war jedoch immer besetzt und auf Anfragen und Rekalamtionen (Klimaanlage) wurde umgehend reagiert. Der Aufzug war und blieb defekt. Es war in der näheren Umgebung leider kein Restaurant zu finden. Alles in Allem waren wir aber zufrieden.
