This place is hellacious!They have no secure area for luggage storage so you just leave it in the lobby and pray that it’s there when you return.The Air conditioning in our room was horrible and barely worked.we sweated inside almost as much we did outside.The room had one tiny exchange for the whole room and little cold air came out of it.Our room was filthy and showed throughout including the bathroom which had pubic hairs on the floor. The shower was a hand shower that was broken so it would spray horizontally when turned on.
Room has not been remodeled since probably the hotel was originally built.
The rude staff won’t even acknowledge us at the front desk because they truly hate Americans or they hate their jobs.
I found Bed bug stains on the wall by the bed which really has me concerned.I found a bed bug in the bed in the morning which freaked me out.
Mattresses are spring mattresses and extremely old. The only light that worked was the chandelier and it had 3 burned out bulbs.
Speaking of electrical, the switches were hanging out of the wall which had me worried that the place was going to burn down while we slept. We had only one outlet in the entire room to use for phone charging etcThat one outlet was in the bathroom.
The internet signal was so poor , that we had constant interruptions and had to go to Starbucks to plan the next leg of our trip.
The TV would cut out every 2 minutes as well.
No aplology issued by Front Desk.

I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Our experience was unacceptable from start to finish.
The first room we were assigned had bed bugs. After reporting the issue, we were moved to another room, only to discover that it also had bed bugs. Instead of resolving the problem, the hotel left us with no safe or comfortable place to stay. To make matters worse, the hallways and rooms smelled heavily of bug spray, which made it obvious this was not an isolated issue.
The staff was largely unhelpful throughout the process. We were promised a refund because of the circumstances, but despite multiple follow-ups, it has still not been processed. Communication after our stay has been poor, and no one has taken responsibility for resolving the situation.
Finding bed bugs once is bad enough. Being moved into a second room with the same problem, dealing with the overwhelming smell of pesticides, and then having to chase a promised refund has made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

They sent us to a room overlooking San Marco plaza and with a spectacular view of the Basilica.
Breakfast was a real mess time. All guests were trying to get something and all the set up was installed in a small room and the options were limited.
Air conditioning was okay in the bedroom. However, in the hall and stairs it wasn’t and that made it hardest by the time you arrived at your bedroom you were all sweaty.

Die Unterkunft lag weit weg in einem Nebengebäude, nicht gut erreichbar. Es gab mehrmals Stromausfall, die erst nach längerer Zeit behoben wurden.
Das Frühstück war ein liebloses Büffet mit Massenfütterung.
Die Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter musste deutlich eingefordert werden, keine Freundlichkeit.

I would go back to this hotel in the fall or spring because it was close to the main attractions. Decent breakfast.

Well, I loved the location but I am upset that they charged 120€ for twins beds extra after we declined to pay extra. And it was rude to say if you don't give us 120€ extra we'll kick you out at 11pm upon checking in. That's not good business. Hotel is good 👍 and central location but adding a mandatory 120€ to checking in was wickedness 💯 Breakfast was ok. Front desk helpful a little bit but gave inaccuracies on closed businesses and took a hour to figure out it was a closed business. Mixed bad here. Great AC in 95F weather and safer. Overall 5.5/10 because of the theft of 120€ for something we told Hotels.com in writing ✍️ we didn't want to pay. If they didn't forceably steal from me at checking in would have been a 7.5/10 stay. Must say beware of Sticky Fingers and bad business practices and they don't care 100%.

Emplacement excellent. Mais hotelun peu viellot, quoique acceptable. Par contre le petit déjeuner n'est pas du tout à la hauteur. Ni par les horaires ni par les choix bas de gamme (le pseudo jus de fruit), l'absence d'œufs et de fruits !!!
Une seule pauvre machine pour satisfaire 300 clients, surtout des tasses riquiqui qui contienne au plus 2 cuillers à soupe de liquide...

The best I can say is good lication except they have about 4 locations for rooms. Listing said there was an elevator but on checkin I was told no, not working. Room was on 4th floor with very steep stairs. I am mid- 70s and 4 flights of steep stairs 2-4 x a day would be hard. I asked for room on 2nd level and they had one but very small tight room. I paid for larger room but not able to get adjustment to price because I changed rooms voluntarily. I get it so was OK. Front desk clerk was just rude and porter, who helped with first trip up 4 flights, slipped out before helping me with new room. Breakfast was ok. Quiet too.

Bed bugs in bed, walls, and appliances. Bites everywhere on my body. Hotel staff promised me a full refund. I had to emergency book a hotel elsewhere. The hotel didn’t even compensate me for the pain and suffering I endured.
