Exceptional Stay in the Heart of the City!
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location could not have been better, as it sits within easy walking distance of almost all major local attractions and sightseeing landmarks.
Perfect Location: Steps away from an incredible selection of vibrant restaurants, cafes, and bars.
The breakfast was also lovely and included both savoury and sweet options eg variety of juices, pastries, cheeses, meats, eggs, cereals etc.
Brilliant Service: Every staff member was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Special Thanks: A huge shoutout to David, who went completely out of his way to give us personalized recommendations for sightseeing and dining -loved our chats about Liverpool, football and the world cup. The lovely Adriana and Daniel were equally amazing, making us feel right at home with their helpful tips. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality and unmatched convenience!
Note, as with all capital cities the nights are buzzing with activity (which we loved watching from our window in the late evenings) but request a quieter room if that's your preference.
Can't wait to return!

Daniella was one of the receptionists at the front desk. She was extremely helpful. I was only visiting for a weekend and was able to see almost everything because of her help and expertise of the area. She is very polite and respectful.

Clean and spacious with bathroom away from the bedroom for privacy. Staff were very helpful with paces to eat and drink and sigh seeing. Perfect location very central ! Would choose again !

we arrived later that night so there was no excuse , the elevator was soooo hot you could not ride in it ! they cut the a/c in the rooms and it was over 90 degrees that day , the shower had pubic hairs all over it and slimy shower that hasn’t had a good scrub in a LONG time , we were in italy for over for 2.5 weeks and this was the only hotel i would NOT recommend it’s a dump !

The property is in a great location. It’s a basic hotel with spacious rooms. They give you a 20% off voucher for the restaurant. I stayed for 2 nights. It was fine just passing through.

Nicest, most helpful staff we’ve ever encountered.
Lovely rooftop jacuzzi.
Great location close to all the historic sites.
The only drawback was the noise from other rooms. We constantly heard heavy footsteps and banging.

This hotel is very well located, rooms are spacious and clean. We truly appreciated the A/C and the stuff was 10/10. Daniela was amazing and helpful with lots of tips around the area. Breakfast was good and served in a nice area. We also loved the had complementary luggage stooge as we had a very late flight. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel with all sights within a few minutes walk. The staff was very nice and helpful throughout our visit.
The rooms are fairly small but OK given the location. The breakfast was very good with a lot of different choices and not crowded.
A nice bonus was the outside roof jacuzzi that you can use. Be aware that it will take a good 20 minutes to fill so make sure that you speak to the staff in advance. It was excellent to slide down in a nice cooling bath after a day walking in the Rome summer heat.
We had a room facing the yard so we had no real view but in return it was very quiet so it was perfect for getting a good night's sleep.

We chose this hotel mainly for its excellent location, but unfortunately the overall experience did not match what I would expect from a 4-star hotel.
The room was extremely small, and housekeeping was disappointing. During our stay, the room was never actually cleaned—they only made the beds and changed the towels. There was visible dust and dirt near the headboard that remained throughout our stay.
The biggest issue happened on checkout day. The night before, we asked about getting a taxi to the train station and were told there was no need to book one in advance. The next morning, we were told it would take 30 minutes for a taxi to arrive. We nearly missed our train and had to pay 100 euro for an Uber to make it on time.
The advertised amenities were also disappointing. The meeting room was essentially nonexistent, the jacuzzi/spa was out of service, the patio had nothing to offer, and there was no suitable place to take an online work meeting. The breakfast was also overpriced for the quality and selection offered.
Every night, loud noise from nearby bars continued until around 2–3 a.m., making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
The staff was friendly, but overall this hotel does not feel like a 4-star property. If location is your only priority, there are better-value hotels nearby.

Will start by saying the front desk was the highlight. The people working there were pleasant and very helpful.
But this place was a dinky hotel stuffed between a bunch of tourist trap cafes. Must have been paying for the proximity to Roman site seeing because the €540 room was extremely underwhelming. Probably like 300 sq feet if that, AC hardly worked, could hear the room above us the whole night. Just a really mid experience, especially relative to cost. I’ll close by saying what I began with which was the front staff was excellent!
