It is in a great location; lots to do right around and walkable to pretty much everything in the city. The staff were all incredible! They were very friendly, hospitable, and fun. The interior of the common spaces and the room itself were beautifully designed and comfortable. I had a great experience!

Super Clean and amazing staff everyone made us feel welcome and the guest happiness gal was awesome made us dinner reservations at Venda, got us a Taxi to the airport and got us extra water. We saw all of Rome we could in 1 day. They all speak english which was a huge relief to us.

Lovely property with unique historic area. Was a really comfortable stay of 7 nights. Allowed for a real Roma experience. Staff was great, professional , attentive to details and special requirements as a prolonged stay can demand. Definitively a boutique hotel experience. Lovely rooftop with a classy bar scene..

The staff is amazing and beyond welcoming and friendly. Quiet area in Rome away from the over crowded streets but close enough to walk to all the major attractions in Rome. Best breakfast we found in Rome.

Centralt beläget hotell med gångavstånd till flera sevärdheter. Ungefär 7 minuter till Pantheon, 12 till Fontana di Trevi och 15 minuter till Spanska Trappan.
Riktigt god frukost, mycket serviceinriktad och trevlig personal.

Hotel staff is exceptional - they make a big effort to be kind, and accommodating. Room was small but well designed to look and feel luxurious. Lobby bar is great to set up your laptop and work with internet. I would go back

This is a cool modern hotel with nice rooms, lounge area and breakfast option. All of the staff were exceptionally helpful from recovering a lost cell phone to dinner recommendations to arranging taxis… We are returning to same hotel before flying home from Rome. Thank you.

We walked to all of the sites in Rome, so the location is definitely a big plus point. Staff were all friendly, professional and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Overall you cant go wrong with this Hotel. Glad that we stayed here for our time in Rome :) Thank you to team at Hotel Chapter Roma :)

This is my third time in Hotel Chapter, so it is excellent choice in terms of location, staff, and amenities. It is better than what it advertised to be. So yea I highly recommend it! Did I mention that all the staff, literally in all shifts and everywhere in the hotel are amazing?

I really liked this hotel. It was in a great central location, most things were a 10 minute walk. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Again the bathroom was spacious, shower was extremely powerful. The only facility we used was the bar before we left but again this was comfortable and service was great and friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

Great friendly staff. Very friendly people which made our stay very pleasent.
Terrible smell came out of the drain in the shower that made the room smelly all the time. We complained about it and it was supposed to be fixed but the problem continued during our 5 days stay
