The hotel was cute and conveniently located between Campo Di Fiore and the Jewish Quarter. Easy walking to most attractions and easy access to taxis and Ubers. Staff amazing especially Flo who was very helpful and kind during my stay. Great breakfast good rooftop restaurant and bar with great views. I definitely would stay here again!

Such a chic hotel located in the center of Rome. Easy to walk everywhere and it had everything I needed and more! The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would absolutely come back here again and recommend it to others as well.

This hotel is just perfect. The staff is wonderfully nice and helpful. The rooms are large and clean and stylish. Great showers and well equipped bathroom. Breakfast in the morning is great. Their campocori restaurant is Michelin quality. The rooftop bar is a dream. Perfect location. You can’t get better. We will absolutely return anytime we are in Rome. Grazie mille per tutto!

Wonderful and attentive staff from first arrival to departure. They consistently went above and beyond in both service and friendliness. Good location. Very stylish and refreshing rooms with large showers and nice amenities including a fully stocked true bar (make your own cocktails) with recipes. Very good mattress. Tasty breakfast. Great hotel.

Everything about the hotel is fantastic! The staff are just so lovely and helpful! The room is comfortable and the amenities really great, I will definitely keep coming back! Loved it!

This was a great choice for a hotel for some first time Rome visitors. The staff was amazingly helpful. The breakfast was reasonable and generous. Rooms were comfortable and had some nice luxury touches. While not the cheapest place to stay I have no complaints about what we experienced. For those flying in and arriving early they had a decent little area in their public bathroom space to get organized and freshen up before you head out after you arrive in case your room wasn’t ready. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, which was fine of course, and they stored our luggage for us and then placed it in our room once it was ready. Again, great place to stay, great location to get to Pantheon, Travestere, Jewish Ghetto, Coliseum, Roman Forman, and many more.

This was my second time staying at Chapter Roma and it still maintained it’s top tier rating for me! Cleanliness, kind staff, great A/C (in Rome that’s a huge win) and great location!
