Beautiful and well kept hotel. Location was the best, we were able to walk to most of the touristic areas and restautants. Breakfast was great, with variety of food, at the 6th floor with a wonderful view. We would book it again without a doubt. Griselda y Daniel from NY.

This is an older traditional hotel. Being close to the Borghese gardens means that it has the best of both worlds. City and country. The breakfast room is on the top floor and has a spectacular view.

This is a beautiful old hotel, full of classic Roman charm. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful and there is a deep sense of pride in their service. That said, my room, although beautifully lit and spacious, smelled heavily of dust and it was hard to breathe without having the windows thrown wide open on a very cold night. There was an issue with a clogged shower drain the first night I was there, and that was addressed immediately.

The location is very convenient and the view from the 6th floor is beautiful. 6th floor is the breakfast area tho and only accessible during breakfast hour 7-10.
This hotel is definitely not 4 stars worth. Looked very outdated and old. They didn’t even have showergel and conditioner. And the available shampoo was of very cheap quality. The room was very noisy. I could hear guests in the next room flushing the toilet and taking shower.
And most annoying part: every time you leave you should give key (yes actual key) to the reception. And they don’t allow visitors!!
I don’t recommend it !

Hotel vecchio che può avere anche il suo da uno se non fosse per la totale mancanza di manutenzione e assenza di pulizia in camera ( avevo la polvere anche sotto alla cornetta del telefono di servizio )
Chiedo una coperta diversa dalla coperta da rifugio di montagna marrone in dotazione e si presenta un ragazzo con una coperta di pile che avrà visto l’acqua in altre annate
Materasso sfondato e non ho voluto approfondire con analisi pulizia
Davvero un posto lasciato a se stesso
Peccato per la zona colazione perché con vista mozzafiato al sesto piano … qualità della colazione comunque accettabile
In tutto questo il prezzo non era basso … a quel prezzo ci sono B&B lusso

Bin in room had not been emptied or had garabage. Per description of Hotel amenities the rooms were air conditioned that was not the case. One specific gentleman at reception was rude and did not allow my friend to come up with me to my room. Free breakfast no where to be seen either. Overall a bad experience would not stay there again. And would recommended to anyone.
