Hotel com pessimas camas, banheiros velhos, toalhas velhas, cafe da manha pessimo, atendimento horrivel, grosseiros. Elevador pra 3 pessoas sem malas. Tudo eh um contratempo nesse hotel. Nao tem servico de quarto. É extremamente caro pro q oferece.

Schrecklich, unglaublich, seit Jahren habe ich so etwas grauenhaftes nicht erlebt. Wer vergibt solchen Hotels die Sterne ? Und dann noch zu einem solchen unverschämten Preis ? Ich weiss nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Im Zimmer, fass sehr ringhörig war, roch es ständig, von der Toilette her nach Fäkalien. Die Einrichtung war älter, als alt. Das Personal insbesondere am Empfang, mehr als unfreundlich, als wir sie nach dem Gestank hinwiesen zuckten sie lediglich die Schultern und verwiesen uns per mail an das Management, die Reklamation zu richten. Das Frühstück und das Angebot waren mehr als Mangelhaft, zu wenig Auswahl, alte Haferflocken, die nach abgestandenem Mehl riechten. Die Rühreier hatten einen Geschmack, dass wie Watte war .... Wie gesagt, seit Jahren, hatte ich ein solch schlechtes Hotel, nicht besucht und ich komme wirklich um die Welt (!). Sogar ein Stern ist zwei zu viel ! Ein solches Hotel verdient den Namen Hotel nicht und gehört längst, abgerissen zu werden. Die Würlizzerbox ist das einzige sehenswerte.

Location is great! Near everything you would like to get to in Rome. Room we got is dusty. They don't clean floors under the tables & chairs. I can only imagine under the bed. Our shower don't drain well, & there's a gap between the door shower, so the flooring gets wet when you use the shower. Staff are accommodating. When we asked for plugs, they lent us, including electric fan. The view up the breakfast floor is excellent. Food is great. I didn't mind the flaws, it comes with the age of the hotel. But a few changes will be better.

Nice for a quick overnighter.

It was the worst property I stayed at. There was bugs, Filth everywhere like it was never cleaned and it smelt like horrible. Do not stay here…

Hotell som er langt ifra 4 stjerners. Dusjen brukte 10-15 minutter før det var varmt vann i den Frokost bestod av 2 typer kjøttpålegg, 2 typer oster og eggerøre.

Only outlet in the washroom, no space between the bed or the dresser (must crawl across the bed to get to the washroom). Staff was rude. Placed me beside a party room and asked to move but said non

This is a beautiful old hotel, full of classic Roman charm. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful and there is a deep sense of pride in their service. That said, my room, although beautifully lit and spacious, smelled heavily of dust and it was hard to breathe without having the windows thrown wide open on a very cold night. There was an issue with a clogged shower drain the first night I was there, and that was addressed immediately.

The location is very convenient and the view from the 6th floor is beautiful. 6th floor is the breakfast area tho and only accessible during breakfast hour 7-10. This hotel is definitely not 4 stars worth. Looked very outdated and old. They didn’t even have showergel and conditioner. And the available shampoo was of very cheap quality. The room was very noisy. I could hear guests in the next room flushing the toilet and taking shower. And most annoying part: every time you leave you should give key (yes actual key) to the reception. And they don’t allow visitors!! I don’t recommend it !

Beautiful and well kept hotel. Location was the best, we were able to walk to most of the touristic areas and restautants. Breakfast was great, with variety of food, at the 6th floor with a wonderful view. We would book it again without a doubt. Griselda y Daniel from NY.

I loved the hotel staffs. They are very friendly and accommodating. It was very old fashioned. My AC barely worked. My fridge had mold inside.
