Lovely breakfast selection. Very helpful staff - we arrived in the early hours and were met at the door and checked straight in. Staff had also been great at communication before our stay. Beautiful traditional room. Everything we needed.

Un hotel muy cómodo y limpio, con una excelente ubicación a menos de 10 minutos caminando de la estación del tren, cerca de la mayoría de atracciones principales, restaurantes, y tiendas de souvenirs, duramos 7 noches de seguro en una próxima visita a Roma volvería a hospedarme ahí.

No step free access from street. Good breakfast (included in room rate) with coffee machines that make excellent hot chocolate. Blankets are bad because it’s thin and covered with a single sheet only on one side. The only lift the hotel has is tiny (only 3-4 people without luggage can squeeze in at a time). I’d stay again only for the convenience of central location (2’ walk to Termini and 5’ to Opera Theatre).

The staff was all very friendly at the front desk. Luckily our room was available for a slightly early check in so I appreciated that.
The AC did not work, despite the listing saying there was AC in the hotel. The bed was very hard and most of the pillows were pretty flat. Each of the tables were old and had a sticky feeling to them - they seemed clean, but the old varnish on them seemed to be sticky. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room - a cold drink could have helped with how hot it was without ant AC and high temperatures outside.
The hotel is convenient to Roma Termini and many restaurants.

The air conditioning did not work, bed was very uncomfortable, the bathroom was so tiny you had to squeeze through the sink and shower. Shower opening was only 12 inches. It could have been just the room we had which was 302.

O ar condicionado dos quartos não funcionava, somente no quinto andar. Demos sorte de conseguir ficar no quinto andar e ficamos bem. Os funcionários são realmente muito solícitos e simpáticos. O café da manhã é simples mas bem gostoso. A localização do hotel é excelente, 4 minutos andando de Roma Termini, 15 minutos andando do Coliseu e Fontana de Trevi. Diversas opções de restaurantes com preços bons na rua do hotel. Um ponto bem ruim é que não tem frigobar no quarto.

A decent hotel if you’re on a budget and need to stay close to the train station. The area felt safe and it was easy to navigate from with the metro so close.
A few ammenties gave us some problems during our stay - the elevator wasn’t working when we first arrived but the staff were quick to get it fixed. Our shower ran out of hot water one morning and our AC didn’t work our entire stay.
The wifi worked well which was nice. If you’re just looking for a place to crash at night, this hotel works well.

Everything was terrible except for the staff. We changed rooms twice because of the filth, and both were equally awful. Every time we lifted the sheets, we found golden hairs. Don't even expect the air conditioning to work. We only stayed there because of its location, to avoid walking around at night. Otherwise, they don't deserve the money they charge for the service they provide.
