設備老舊了些，但是以個人旅行以地點為主的我，基本上是沒有問題的！櫃檯的先生很熱情，可讓我寄放幾個小時的行李就值得了

離火車站距離算近，但是非常老舊的飯店，設施也很老舊，浴室的設計不太優，早餐選擇很少。基本上火車站附近的旅館很多，價位也差不多，下次我會選擇住別間飯店。

The hotel facilities are acceptable but the counter services are poor!!! The services attitude is unacceptable and unhelpful! We were overcharged by a private shuttle car services which arranged by the Hotel and they were unhelpful to us on complaining the agent but blaming us to overpaid the agent without informed them. (While I informed them afterward, they said that I can say whatever amount I want! Seems that I cheated for money). In such condition, all my family was in the car and no hotel staff nearby, it was unreasonable to do what the Hotel said. So disappointed on the follow up action (actually NO follow up) of the Hotel and the awful business trick of Rome!

In fact, there is no air condidtion although the hotel claims it has air condition. The shower is really bad. The temperature of water cannot be controlled. Water is running suddenly very hot and suddenly ice cold.

Meget sølle morgenmad, intet udvalg. Mere kage end "normal" morgenmad. Det eneste brød du kunne vælge var så tørt, at du kunne knække tænderne på det. Hele værelset lugtede af kloak fra badeværelset, beskidte senge og værleser.

The hotel was basic but served our needs at this price level. Walking distance to all amenities and sights and within a close proximity to the train station. Fresh linen and towels everyday was nice. Didn't opt for breakfast as there were so many cafes nearby that served our needs.

Lo mejor del hotel si ubicación. El desayuno muy bien preparado, excelente atención por parte de la encargada del servicio. El personal muy amable, nos ayudaron e informaron en todas nuestras consultas. Lo peor es que la habitación carecía de comodidades, solicitamos triple pero el mobiliario era únicamente para dos personas, solo había una silla, poco espacio para colocar las maletas, tampoco había minibar. En el baño no había ni repisas o estantes para colocar los objetos de aseo, tampoco perchas en las paredes. La estancia fue agradable pero con muy pocas comodidades.

Central and neat hotel. Close to many amenities. The reception was very welcoming and the breakfast was great. A clean, convenient and affordable hotel…

Todos os funcionários são muitos solícitos e atenciosos, café da manhã simples, mas, o que tinha disponível era gostoso.Algumas coisas deixou a desejar como: Não ter frigobar no quarto, o ar condicionado não funcionava e a cama desconfortável, pois na verdade não se tratava de uma cama de casal e sim duas camas de solteiro que juntaram deixando um vão no meio da cama que ficou muito desconfortável para dormir.

Hotel bem localizado, com pouca acessibilidade(escadas ma entrada). No quarto triplo sem frigobar e sem box no banheiro (tinha cortina). Funcionários gentis, especialmente Maik e Carolina.

Café da manhã precisa ser melhorado com mais opções mesmo que isso gere um custo.

Hôtel très bien situé par rapport aux monuments, bons restaurants pas chers autour aussi et à 5 minutes de la gare. On a choisi parce qu’il y avait écrit navette mais ils ne font pas navette, dans l’aéroport comme la gare ou la ville de Rome, les taxis circulent partout avec un prix fixe pour l’aéroport ou de l’aéroport à la ville…

We booked the hotel at the last minute. We were really happy with the location and setting. Located in a pretty part of Rome a short stroll from the train station and surrounded by some lovely restaurants. The hotel was a little tired, but the staff were friendly and attentive.

All’arrivo la prenotazione non risulta: dopo mezz’ora di discussione e di chat, risolviamo il problema, ovvero l’hotel non aveva letto la mail ricevuta. La camera non è quella vista sul sito, ma più piccola, il pavimento è polveroso, in camera manca perfino un appoggio per la valigia. Le camere sono scarsamente insonorizzate e fin dalla prima mattina iniziano rumori e voci nel corridoio.
