The room was large, clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. They also have coffee, tea, and hot chocolate and some snacks out during the day. It was very conveniently located and was an easy walk to the train station and the downtown area. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Buon servizio, non mancava niente! L’unica cosa è che le finestre come l’hotel sono un po’ vecchie e il freddo entra un po’ ma hanno il climatizzatore. Molto rococò :) Personale gentile. Vicino a tutto, ideale per chi vuole rimanere in zona senza auto.

This is a charmingly, beautiful old hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. What stood out the most was the gracious and polite staff. They were genuinely professional and made you feel so welcome. The desk manager took down notes regarding my departure needs and helped me with a taxi to the airport at four in the morning. This is also conveniently located near the train terminal. It’s easy walking distance from the Duomo and all of the other historic sites.
