The location is perfect. Front desk staff were very attentive. You get to know them because you turn your key in each time you leave the property and retrieve it when you return. If the front desk staff are busy they do not keep you waiting and they pause to give you your room key. The breakfast was very good and there were ample choices. The breakfast staff kept the area clean and stocked. Our room was suitable and the cleaning staff refreshed it each day. The bed was somewhat comfortable. There were aspects of the hotel that could use a refresh but overall it was a good property.

I would definitely staff at Hotel Paris again. The staff was friendly and professional. As 2 older women we felt very safe and enjoyed the many restaurants in the area. Florence is a beautiful city.

Rommet var veldig lite og det var veldig lytt fra de andre rommene og fra gangen. Hadde rommet vært veldig billig hadde jeg kunnet akseptere denne standarden, men for €300 per natt hadde jeg høyere forventninger enn dette. Jeg skal definitivt tilbake til Firenze, men ikke til Hotel Paris.

We absolutely loved hotel Paris. It’s 5 min walk from train station and a 5 min walk from the Duomo! We loved the hotel it was so pretty and and the staff was so friendly. We enjoyed it and will definitely be back whenever we are in Florence.

WOW! If this is 3 star... I'm in love! Absolutely stunning suite. Ceiling is 15' high with a ancient fresco painted. Breakfast was extensive, service was extraordinary! Bathroom... WOW WOW!! Location is perfect. HIGHLY recommended!

Location is super convenient, and you can walk to everywhere. Bathroom super old, you barely fit in the shower. Access panel located inside the bathroom was leaking on the last day of our stay. Bathroom is in not good conditions. Water of the shower was changing from hot to cold…

We really wanted to leave a positive review because this was a great hotel. Sadly the front desk staff were extremely rude and treated us horribly over a misunderstanding. Because of the way we were treated we would never stay again and wouldn’t recommend.
