Kort vei til jernbane og tram til flyplassen. Effektiv aircondition. Frokost ok, ingen kulinarisk opplevelse, men egg og bacon, ost og skinke, gjorde susen for oss!

Very nice location, just a few minutes away from the train station, SMN. Very friendly staff. The buildings are very old and the rooms facing the street are very noisy, even in late evening. The tub/shower is narrow and clumsy.

Nice central position. Old historic style hotel but spotlessly clean with great service. Breakfast choices good except limited hot food provided.
On the downside, although hotel itself quiet, streets outside very busy and noisy 24/7.
No bar or restaurant but plenty close by.

Great for a one night stay. Stayed on 5th floor which can only be accessed by stairs or elevator to 2nd floor and then stairs. Staff was helpful in bringing luggage up and down but if you have any trouble ambulating make sure you specify a room on a floor accessed directly by the elevator.

Cooler in room could have been colder and ac wasn't fantastic although it is 100 out so it kept it cool enough. Overall great stay and I would highly recommend.

Accommodations here are fabulous. The staff is incredible. Found out that our flight home got delayed by two days. The room we booked would not be available for the next two days. However, the front desk staff was able to reevaluate the schedule and accommodate us with a couple of rooms for the extra days. They even moved our luggage for us from one room to another. Very accommodating definitely five star.

This property should not have a 3 star rating and should only be 1 or 2 stars. The property was super old and not well maintained. The floor in our room was rotted out and was afraid each time that we walked we were afraid we were going to fall through the floor. Also the shower was so small and wasn’t advertised that way my husband who slightly over 6 feet tall didn’t fit. The floors don’t make any sense you take an elevator up but then still have to carry bags up or down a flight of stairs. The rooms and bathrooms were really run down. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We loved being right in the center of the city. We walked everywhere and we had a 5 year old and a 6 year old with us. The room was large with extra high ceilings and had elements of the ancient palazzo about it. Very good experience.

We chose a large room which had a nice table for sitting and planning out our day which was a nice feature. The room and bathroom were both very clean.
The only issue we had was that the tub/shower was on a platform which made it difficult to get in and out of, even for my tall husband.
The room was on the dark side so it was nice to have good lighting. The bathroom could use a little extra lighting for the ladies to apply makeup.
The front desk people were all very nice and helpful, the breakfast was sufficient, and the breakfast room was bright and clean.
We found the location to be very convenient to everything we wanted to do during our stay.
