위치,시설,전망,서비스 모두 최고였어요. 포지타노호텔들에대한 기대감이 낮아서인지 직접가보고 너무 좋아서 놀랐습니다. 물론 가격이 비싼호텔이라 당연히 좋아야하지만 기대 이상이었던것같아요. 서비스도 좋았고 조식도 환상적이었어요. 대접받고 온 느낌이라 좋은추억이 되었어요

I have a done fair amount of traveling and stayed at some very nice hotels, but after a 4 night stay here, this might have been the BEST overall experience I have had at a hotel in my life. Every single part was on point. First of all, the hotel is gorgeous! The views you get of Positano at the rooftop pool and from our room that had a balcony were breathtaking both during the day and at night. We spent a good amount of time on the rooftop, which is one of the best parts about the hotel especially when the weather is nice. The food and drinks were all delicious. Most importantly, the service was truly exceptional. Every single area of the hotel we went, we were greeted with incredibly kind staff members making sure we had anything we wanted. All of them were amazing, but we spent a lot of time with Gigi and Valeria at the rooftop pool and both were so accommodating and friendly. I could go on and on, but genuinely I could not have expected a better experience staying here and was told by multiple local Italians that this is the best place to stay in Positano. Made sense to us after we stayed here! Highly recommend this hotel and I seriously don't have 1 negative thing to say about it.

The staff was outstanding. They created a wonderful atmosphere and excellent customer service. I’d definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful and kind staff who pay close attention to you and are always there to help you. Amazing views and good food!! The only thing to look out for is the hotel shuttle does not run 12-5 so if you go to lower Positano to shop, eat, beach or boat you will have to walk up a lot of stairs

Great hotel with amazing views of Positano. The shuttle transfer to the town is provided by the hotel but is a bit limited. Very pricey compared to what you get.

The staff and overall service at Hotel Villa Franca was top notch! Not to mention, the view from the rooftop pool and restaurant is absolutely incredible : ) The only one complaint we had was that there were multiple times throughout out 4-day stay that the power went out very unexpectedly and without any explanation.

HVF was incredible! The staff was so kind, always anticipating your needs and staying one step ahead of you. The food was excellent, especially LiGalli (Michelin Star restaurant). Breakfast was delicious too. Cocktails and food were more expensive here but worth it for the views. I’m convinced it’s the best location in Positano, perched high above overlooking both beaches but not so far you can’t easily reach shopping and dining. The views are indescribable. Our room was on the 4th floor overlooking the city and ocean. Truly magical. Only downside was we were near the elevator which had a beeping noise and also the rooftop bar was noisy until they closed around midnight. The rooftop pool was excellent for a hot summer day but the umbrellas were heavy and difficult to move to get shade. The bed was comfortable, balcony worth every penny and the bathroom nicely appointed. All in all we loved it and would come back in a heartbeat.
