静かな時間を過ごすことができました。品があるVilla です。料理も美味しい。ホスピタリテイも充実していました。窓からの景色が最高でした。朝食も美味しかった。日本人向きだと思います。また、泊まりたいです。

スタッフの方もかなり親切でバスやタクシーのことやレストランの予約などいろいろお世話になりました。 朝食会場もかなりいい雰囲気で毎朝楽しみでした。 バス乗り場も近くで便利です。

Amazing. Start to finish. We chose this hotel for our honeymoon and it couldn’t have been more memorable. The staff, service, food (I’ve been sending photos home each day of breakfast), the roof top pool, views and just the beautiful decor and ambience. Monochrome, gold, chic. Exceptional staff. We adored staying here.

Simplesmente incrível! Em uma viagem de 30 dias pela Itália, ficamos em excelentes hotéis, mas esse foi 11/10. Tenho certeza que nossa maravilhosa experiência em Positano, não seria a mesma sem o apoio da equipe e infraestrutura do Hotel. Quarto incrível, grande e confortável e com todos os mimos possíveis e imagináveis, com varanda, jacuzi e vista. Rooftop com piscina, bar , restaurante e vista 360° para toda Positano. O Rooftop é tão destacado, que quando se está na praia de Positano, para as fotos instagramavéis e se olha para cima , é como estar no Rio de Janeiro e ver o Cristo Redentor, tão grande a imponência do Hotel. Serviço de Shuttle torna a experiência de ir e vir fácil e agradável. Decoração moderna e impecável. Café da manhã com vista e chefe a disposição. Restaurante estrelado Michelin. Embora o grande destaque do hotel seja o Staff, sempre atenciosos e prestativos para absolutamente qualquer pedido que você faça. Impossível imaginarmos uma volta a Positano e não nos hospedarmos no Villa Franca.

Clean room with nice furniture, comfortable bed, complimentary drinks and snacks and with an amazing view over Positano. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I expected a lot after being ranked a 5 star hotel as I’ve stayed in many and the experience was top tier. I wouldn’t rate this hotel a 5 star for these reasons. The property is on the highest point of Positano which ideally does give you a great view however walking to the hotel and city center is not by any means easy.. the hotel also doesn’t offer a full day shuttle service where instead they offer it from 8:30AM-12PM at 5:00-8:00PM and 10:00-12:00PM every 30 minutes intervals. So basically if you’re at the beach or stores mid day you’re going to have to climb a dreading 25-30 mins up all the steps in order to get your hotel. They offer a third party porter service at an extra charge which I believe a five star hotel should have their own services to take your suitcases up/down the city center/hotel for their guests. The hotel decor makes you feel like you’re staying in an Airbnb or in someone’s home. You don’t get a Amalfi Coast or Positano vibe from staying here it’s a bit too modern in my opinion. They have a Michelin star restaurant which we have a lot of experience with as well since we have done many chefs tastings, etc. This was by far the worst experience we have a had and every dish that came out was terrible. It’s a 3 dish minimum per person.. and we were hoping we would love it since it was conveniently located in the hotel. Other than these issues the positives are it’s a clean hotel, very welcoming staff, great views, and a roof top pool.

HVF is simply amazing. A beautiful hotel with the friendliest staff you can find in Italy. They made our stay even better. We had a beautiful room with unparalleled views over Positano. Staff recommended places and restaurants other than their own Michelin star. They secured reservations all across Amalfi for us, and made sure we were in safe hands. Everyone is fantastic! A huge shootout to Pedro and Lucia at the Gold Rooftop, Gigi, and the valet guys! Simply the best. Now we have to come back to see our HVF family!

From the minute, we were welcomed in with a drink to the time that we left they were at our service with anything we needed. They also run a shuttle to the city center every 30 minutes throughout the day, which is very convenient. Of the Michelin star restaurant is in your agenda, plan at least 3 hours for dinner.

The hotel itself was magnificent with the views and the staff. However it was difficult to have consistent transportation back to the property. The gym was very small.

위치,시설,전망,서비스 모두 최고였어요. 포지타노호텔들에대한 기대감이 낮아서인지 직접가보고 너무 좋아서 놀랐습니다. 물론 가격이 비싼호텔이라 당연히 좋아야하지만 기대 이상이었던것같아요. 서비스도 좋았고 조식도 환상적이었어요. 대접받고 온 느낌이라 좋은추억이 되었어요

I have a done fair amount of traveling and stayed at some very nice hotels, but after a 4 night stay here, this might have been the BEST overall experience I have had at a hotel in my life. Every single part was on point. First of all, the hotel is gorgeous! The views you get of Positano at the rooftop pool and from our room that had a balcony were breathtaking both during the day and at night. We spent a good amount of time on the rooftop, which is one of the best parts about the hotel especially when the weather is nice. The food and drinks were all delicious. Most importantly, the service was truly exceptional. Every single area of the hotel we went, we were greeted with incredibly kind staff members making sure we had anything we wanted. All of them were amazing, but we spent a lot of time with Gigi and Valeria at the rooftop pool and both were so accommodating and friendly. I could go on and on, but genuinely I could not have expected a better experience staying here and was told by multiple local Italians that this is the best place to stay in Positano. Made sense to us after we stayed here! Highly recommend this hotel and I seriously don't have 1 negative thing to say about it.

The staff was outstanding. They created a wonderful atmosphere and excellent customer service. I’d definitely stay here again in the future.

Not convenient and tough walking

Very professional staff, hotel had amazing views, wonderful breakfast with a view included and cozy rooms!!! We will definitely be back!!!
