This was one of the best hotel experiences of my life. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, the inclusive breakfast was exceptional, the view and location was stunning, quiet, and convenient. The hotel is located a bit further up the mountain, which will require additional elevation to climb, but again, it adds to the beauty and quiet, but also forces you to navigate past several of the highest rated and recommended restaurants and cocktail bars. Positano exceeded expectations and this is in large part due to this hotel. We will be back!

In love with Positano and this hotel! Breathtaking view and an even better staff. They were kind and extremely helpful. The showers are a very nice upgrade. Walking to the beach and throughout Positano convenient.

The staff was terrific, from the concierge to the wonderful man working in the bar, providing breakfast services. The concierge gave a map with local highlights on it. The room was clean and aesthetically pleasing with an excellent view. Breakfast was very good and filling.

We booked the Honeymoon suite 4 months prior and the room we were given was not the Honeymoon suite pictured on their website! Also at 9 pm I asked for 4 extra pillows as I am used to sleeping with a body pillow and the woman at the front desk said no! Stated they don’t have any! Also she was rude, both the woman at the front desk were unhelpful. Our waiter was terrific and the other young man very nice. But this was clearly a bait and switch with the Honeymoon suite, mind you we were paying 453 euros per night! Beware!

- O hotel fica bem localizado, na encosta de Positano, a uma distância agradável da cidade e da praia 👍
- o hotel tem equipe de front desk agradável e receptiva que atende em várias línguas e dão suporte com sugestões e reservas👍
- não há onde parar carro. Se sua opção for ir de carro atenção, pois a estadia do carro será quase o preço da sua... Para deixar no estacionamento próximo 40 euros a diária (Jan 25) ou 4 euros a hora na rua.
- escolhemos o quarto com vista para o mar. Muito agradável, recém reformado 👍
- atenção pq a acessibilidade é ruim, o quarto fica em anexo externo, sem cobertura e com escada. Se tiver problema de mobilidade ou idosos, veja se há opções 👎
- o hotel oferece bons produtos de higiene pessoal, shampoo, cotonete, pantufa de boa qualidade, compatível com hotel 4 estrelas 👍
- os itens como hidratante não são repostos diariamente. Uma economia descabida e não compatível com a diária paga. 👎
-nao há local no banheiro para pendurar as toalhas ou peças lavadas. Vale rever Villa Gabrisa 👎

Conveniently located with superb view of the ocean. Very friendly staff, and rooms and other common areas are very clean and nicely decorated. They have valet parking and a few spots in front of the hotel to unload your luggage. Very convenient for small streets of Positano. Short convenient walk to town center and beach.

Our stay at the villa Gabriela was even better than we expected. We were surprised with an upgrade to a suite with a balcony and sea view. The room was impeccably clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view was amazing! Breakfast was great. Highly recommend.

My wife and I spent a few days in Villa Gabrisa in Positano after a week of meetings in Rome. We flew to Italy from New York and, although it’s November, we enjoyed every minute of this trip and, most particularly, the time in Positano at Gabrisa. Location, views and quality of the accommodation made our travel unforgettable. Do not miss this spot if you travel on the Amalfi Coast. And stay out of the high season. Early fall or spring are better options for a quiet and enjoyable experience.

I’ve stayed at over 80 hotels in my life but this was my favorite by far!
The receptionists were the sweetest ever. So helpful with everything from trying to help me find a football game on the TV, to booking a restaurant + shuttle and many other things. They were always smiling and felt genuine and warm.
Breakfast was amazing. Much more fresh and clean than the usual buffet that other hotels usually offers. Also tastier with a great selection.
The view was something I’ve dreamt of my entire life and it didn’t let me down. Breathetaking!
Comfortable beds, clean rooms and modern bathrooms. I couldn’t ask for a better visit for my first trip to Positano.

Amazing place to stay with an incredible view. One of the few places to have breakfast outdoors along the waterscape.
The staff was excellent and despite parking off the premises; the attendant could not be friendlier and most helpful. Would go back in a heartbeat.
