We had a great stay. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The service was excellent. We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant and breakfast was wonderful too. Even our cocktails were fabulous.

The hotel location is ideal, close enough to the town center, but also high on the hill to over great views - The front desk staff was AMAZING, so friendly and informative. Also, the restaurant was great - good food and great service. I definitely recommend getting breakfast included as it is a great start to the day and climbing all the steps!

Cutest hotel and honestly a great location away from the hustle and bustle while still being convenient to walk to great restaurants, the beach, shops, etc just in a quieter area. The staff here were incredible!!! We love Giada and the other lady who welcomed us at reception (we didn’t get her name). Our server at breakfast every morning was so great too! My friend has a very severe nut allergy and he made her feel so safe about eating the complimentary breakfast there as he went and spoke with the chef to double check everything she ordered even if he already thought he knew the right answer. Our room ended up being more like a little villa with a separate entrance and seating area both inside and outside and it was absolutely beautiful. Comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, cleaning service was amazing. Highly recommend and we will be back!

First we were given 2 twin beds put together, couldn’t sleep all night. Elevator was not working and we had to go up and down the stairs. The balcony was useless couldn’t even sit there. Spent $1350/night and the room was like an attic. The attitude of the receptionist was so bad that she didn’t even have an ounce of compassion, she was so rude.

A gem of a boutique hotel! The entire staff is trained to please you from the moment you arrive! The service is exceptional!
Our room was exactly as pictured on the website and the views from our balcony were mesmerizing!
They also have a fine restaurant and the views of water and surrounding cliffs are astounding!
They helped us arrange our private car transfers at great prices compared to other companies.
I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were outstanding. They attended to all of your needs. They upgraded our room and even gave us a bottle of prosecco. As part of the service they even supply you with a mobile phone if you wanted to make calls. Of course we didnt need it but it was something i have never seen before. The breakfast is lovely and the view whilst having it is spectacular. Only one critique is the location. To get to the bottom and back is a hike. There is a bus service but everyone is wanting to use the bus. If you have a good level of fitness then its ok but if you dont position may be to much.

The hotel is amazing! From check in, Jade was so sweet and welcoming, she even took the time to show us around the hotel and gave us tips on how to get around Positano.
The views from our balcony were incredible! The restaurant at the hotel is a plus since most restaurants in Positano need reservations or have long waits, food & service were both great!

This was one of the best hotel experiences of my life. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, the inclusive breakfast was exceptional, the view and location was stunning, quiet, and convenient. The hotel is located a bit further up the mountain, which will require additional elevation to climb, but again, it adds to the beauty and quiet, but also forces you to navigate past several of the highest rated and recommended restaurants and cocktail bars. Positano exceeded expectations and this is in large part due to this hotel. We will be back!

The staff was terrific, from the concierge to the wonderful man working in the bar, providing breakfast services. The concierge gave a map with local highlights on it. The room was clean and aesthetically pleasing with an excellent view. Breakfast was very good and filling.

We booked the Honeymoon suite 4 months prior and the room we were given was not the Honeymoon suite pictured on their website! Also at 9 pm I asked for 4 extra pillows as I am used to sleeping with a body pillow and the woman at the front desk said no! Stated they don’t have any! Also she was rude, both the woman at the front desk were unhelpful. Our waiter was terrific and the other young man very nice. But this was clearly a bait and switch with the Honeymoon suite, mind you we were paying 453 euros per night! Beware!

- escolhemos o quarto com vista para o mar. Muito agradável, recém reformado 👍
- atenção pq a acessibilidade é ruim, o quarto fica em anexo externo, sem cobertura e com escada. Se tiver problema de mobilidade ou idosos, veja se há opções 👎
