Saya sangat senang menginap di MONday. Luar biasa! Worth every penny. Mereka memiliki semua yang dibutuhkan keluarga dengan balita. Mereka juga cepat menanggapi email saya yang menanyakan tentang berbagai hal sebelum saya tiba. Kami juga melakukan check in sangat terlambat (tiba pukul 00.30) dan stafnya ada di sana :)) hotel ini juga memiliki tempat penitipan bagasi. Semua fasilitasnya hebat! Dapurnya luar biasa, kami memiliki kompor, ketel, mesin kopi, microwave, pemanggang roti, wajan, semua peralatan memasak dan sebagainya… dan kami juga memiliki mesin cuci di dalam kamar kami! Tidak terlalu jauh hanya 2-3 menit berjalan kaki dari pintu keluar stasiun kereta api dan stasiun bus, 3 menit berjalan kaki dari TCAT, dekat kombini dan supermarket. Saya bahkan tidak bisa menggambarkan betapa menyenangkannya masa inap kami. Terima kasih MONday dan Traveloka (kami mendapat penawaran terbaik untuk menginap 4 malam dibandingkan dengan aparthotel lainnya!)
Pasti akan kembali menginap di sini lagi.

Clean apart hotel with complete facilities and amenities. The room was spacious and transport access was easy. Will definitely consider staying again when traveling back to Tokyo.

A bit far from tourist area but nice and quiet. Close to TCAT so it was easy to get to coming from airport. Some awesome dining option close by. The room was decent size and ❤️ the laundry option. Staff were attentive and polite.

amazing location, very quite at night not like topical touring area but short distance to all. restaurants are usually usually filled with location people so not that crowded and expensive, will visiting again.

The hotel was well-kept and the room felt like a house. All basic household appliances were provided, such as a microwave, fridge, stovetop, and washer/dryer. I especially appreciated the reception staff, who were always friendly and eager to help. When we left for a short trip, for example, the staff happily assisted us in calling a taxi before our departure time.
The hotel was conveniently located, close to convenience stores like Family Mart and 7-Eleven as well as a subway station (Suitengumae Station). Upon arrival, the hotel staff also provided us with a map highlighting the nearest restaurants, the closest of which were only 2-3 minutes away by foot.
In general, we had a wonderful experience with both the staff and hotel and would recommend the hotel to others!

We had a pleasant stay though it’s quite small for family room. The hotel was in 5mins walk to Suitengumae station and 9 mins walk to Ningyocho station. Staff are friendly and helpful.

消臭剤なのか、お香なのかちょっと匂いがきつくて、しばらく翌日にも服やカバンに匂いがついてしまいました。
翌日の早朝の便に乗るために取ったので、TCATまだすぐで便利でした。

We were arriving close to midnight and worried about the check in time. I had communicated with the hotel earlier about our late arrival and the response was quick. Upon arrival the doors were closed but you need to ring the bell to be let in. You pretty much did the check in yourself at the kiosk as the staff only helped when you got stuck on the kiosk. Instructions were available in the room regarding appliances usage and garbage disposal. For a family of 5, there were plenty of towels provided. 2 small beds and 3 futons on the tatami area. Sleeping on the futon was comfortable. We had 5 pieces of luggage that we managed space wise as the smaller ones you can put underneath the foot of the bed. The toilet was in a separate room away from the bathroom. We were near the TCAT station and bought the 72 hour passes from the information office inside which was very convenient and the staff also spoke English. It’s located in a residential area and despite being near the TCAT station and parking lot it was quiet in the room. Family Mart and 7-11 stores were close by. Not much restaurants as this is a residential area. The Suitengumae station of Tokyo metro was an easy walk from the accommodation.

For a Japanese hotel, it’s spacious and centrally located next to subway and TCAT allowing for easy transportation from airport and to navigate the city. It’s a small hotel with vending onsite and right outside for snacks and Nihonbashi
Bath linens are super soft. The bed lining are ok and the pillow is a bean bag!?
My only complaints is everything uses security codes, instead of card keyed. The elevator and your room door.
Overall, a solid 3 star hotel for a reasonable price.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were amazing. The problem was the bed linens. We found multiple blood stains and urine stains on the comforters. They looked like they’d never been washed. The staff graciously and immediately changed them out, but the new comforters were also stained. Again, amazing staff, but stained comforters were a little uncomfortable.

Thank you to the man in the front desk, not sure if Sakamoto is his name but he assisted us every time we needed help with our luggages and patient with all our questions. Walking distance to stations,TCAT and convenience stores.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were amazing. The problem was the bed linens. We found multiple blood stains and urine stains on the comforters. They looked like they’d never been washed. The staff graciously and immediately changed them out, but the new comforters were also stained. Again, amazing staff, but stained comforters were a little uncomfortable.
