Tôi có một kỳ nghỉ rất dễ chịu tại MONday. Tuyệt vời! Đáng giá từng xu. Họ có mọi thứ mà một gia đình có trẻ mới biết đi cần. Họ cũng phản hồi nhanh chóng các email của tôi khi hỏi về mọi thứ trước khi tôi đến. Ngoài ra, chúng tôi đã làm thủ tục nhận phòng rất muộn (đến lúc 00:30) và nhân viên đã có mặt :)) khách sạn cũng có dịch vụ gửi hành lý. Mọi tiện nghi đều tuyệt vời! Nhà bếp thật tuyệt, chúng tôi có bếp, ấm đun nước, máy pha cà phê, lò vi sóng, máy rang, chảo, tất cả các đồ dùng mạ và vân vân… và chúng tôi cũng có máy giặt trong phòng! Không quá xa, chỉ cách ga tàu và bến xe buýt 2-3 phút đi bộ, cách TCAT 3 phút đi bộ, gần kombini và siêu thị. Tôi thậm chí không thể diễn tả được kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời của chúng tôi như thế nào. Cảm ơn MONday và Traveloka (chúng tôi đã có được ưu đãi tốt nhất khi ở lại 4 đêm so với bất kỳ khách sạn căn hộ nào khác!)
Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại đây để ở lần nữa.

Clean apart hotel with complete facilities and amenities. The room was spacious and transport access was easy. Will definitely consider staying again when traveling back to Tokyo.

A bit far from tourist area but nice and quiet. Close to TCAT so it was easy to get to coming from airport. Some awesome dining option close by. The room was decent size and ❤️ the laundry option. Staff were attentive and polite.

amazing location, very quite at night not like topical touring area but short distance to all. restaurants are usually usually filled with location people so not that crowded and expensive, will visiting again.

The hotel was well-kept and the room felt like a house. All basic household appliances were provided, such as a microwave, fridge, stovetop, and washer/dryer. I especially appreciated the reception staff, who were always friendly and eager to help. When we left for a short trip, for example, the staff happily assisted us in calling a taxi before our departure time.
The hotel was conveniently located, close to convenience stores like Family Mart and 7-Eleven as well as a subway station (Suitengumae Station). Upon arrival, the hotel staff also provided us with a map highlighting the nearest restaurants, the closest of which were only 2-3 minutes away by foot.
In general, we had a wonderful experience with both the staff and hotel and would recommend the hotel to others!

Không thể nhận phòng sau giờ làm việc tại nơi lưu trú này. Nhân viên tiếp tân sẽ đón tiếp khi khách đến nơi lưu trú. Nơi lưu trú này cung cấp dịch vụ dọn phòng giới hạn. Dịch vụ dọn phòng được cung cấp một lần mỗi 3 ngày với đặt phòng từ 3 - 6 đêm và một lần mỗi 7 ngày với đặt phòng từ 7 đêm trở lên. Không cung cấp dịch vụ dọn phòng cho kỳ lưu trú từ 1 - 2 đêm. Cung cấp dịch vụ thay khăn tắm và thu gom rác hằng ngày theo yêu cầu cho mọi đặt phòng, không áp dụng phụ phí.

We had a pleasant stay though it’s quite small for family room. The hotel was in 5mins walk to Suitengumae station and 9 mins walk to Ningyocho station. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We were arriving close to midnight and worried about the check in time. I had communicated with the hotel earlier about our late arrival and the response was quick. Upon arrival the doors were closed but you need to ring the bell to be let in. You pretty much did the check in yourself at the kiosk as the staff only helped when you got stuck on the kiosk. Instructions were available in the room regarding appliances usage and garbage disposal. For a family of 5, there were plenty of towels provided. 2 small beds and 3 futons on the tatami area. Sleeping on the futon was comfortable. We had 5 pieces of luggage that we managed space wise as the smaller ones you can put underneath the foot of the bed. The toilet was in a separate room away from the bathroom. We were near the TCAT station and bought the 72 hour passes from the information office inside which was very convenient and the staff also spoke English. It’s located in a residential area and despite being near the TCAT station and parking lot it was quiet in the room. Family Mart and 7-11 stores were close by. Not much restaurants as this is a residential area. The Suitengumae station of Tokyo metro was an easy walk from the accommodation.

I liked that it was close to TCAT which made it convenient to get to the airport. We did not sleep well because the AC did not work well. The staff is very nice. We were able to store our luggage before check in. Not much to do walking from the hotel.

For a Japanese hotel, it’s spacious and centrally located next to subway and TCAT allowing for easy transportation from airport and to navigate the city. It’s a small hotel with vending onsite and right outside for snacks and Nihonbashi
Bath linens are super soft. The bed lining are ok and the pillow is a bean bag!?
My only complaints is everything uses security codes, instead of card keyed. The elevator and your room door.
Overall, a solid 3 star hotel for a reasonable price.

Thank you to the man in the front desk, not sure if Sakamoto is his name but he assisted us every time we needed help with our luggages and patient with all our questions. Walking distance to stations,TCAT and convenience stores.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were amazing. The problem was the bed linens. We found multiple blood stains and urine stains on the comforters. They looked like they’d never been washed. The staff graciously and immediately changed them out, but the new comforters were also stained. Again, amazing staff, but stained comforters were a little uncomfortable.

The hotel was conveniently located, close to convenience stores like Family Mart and 7-Eleven as well as a subway station (Suitengumae Station). Upon arrival, the hotel staff also provided us with a map highlighting the nearest restaurants, the closest of which were only 2-3 minutes away by foot.
In general, we had a wonderful experience with both the staff and hotel and would recommend the hotel to others!

I liked that it was close to TCAT which made it convenient to get to the airport. We did not sleep well because the AC did not work well. The staff is very nice. We were able to store our luggage before check in. Not much to do walking from the hotel.

For a Japanese hotel, it’s spacious and centrally located next to subway and TCAT allowing for easy transportation from airport and to navigate the city. It’s a small hotel with vending onsite and right outside for snacks and Nihonbashi
Bath linens are super soft. The bed lining are ok and the pillow is a bean bag!?
My only complaints is everything uses security codes, instead of card keyed. The elevator and your room door.
Overall, a solid 3 star hotel for a reasonable price.

Thank you to the man in the front desk, not sure if Sakamoto is his name but he assisted us every time we needed help with our luggages and patient with all our questions. Walking distance to stations,TCAT and convenience stores.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were amazing. The problem was the bed linens. We found multiple blood stains and urine stains on the comforters. They looked like they’d never been washed. The staff graciously and immediately changed them out, but the new comforters were also stained. Again, amazing staff, but stained comforters were a little uncomfortable.
