Kitchenette is well stocked. Grocery store is within walking distance of around 10 mins. There's on-site parking at a fee but there's only 3 lots. So take your chances. Very clean and comfortable.

Overall the property is good, spacious room and beds, surprised to have a washing machine in room. Walking distance to convenient store, restaurants and Hakata Station.
There are 2 things to improve:
Incorrect entrance code, there’s no A in the code to key;
The electricity supply is not working on the right side bed.
Except these, it’s a very good property to stay.

Japanese law makes is difficult to honestly review a japanese business. With that said, the property was worth what we paid for the stay. Canal city mall is ~ 14min walk and Hakata station is ~6min walk. Plenty of shopping and good places to eat nearby

エントランスの出入り口の表示が分かりにくかったです。
ベランダの鍵が開いていました。
女だけの旅行だったので一瞬ゾッとしました。
備え付けのものなので、その程度かもしれませんが、洗われた後にすぐ直されたのか、びしょびしょに濡れたままのフライパンがシンクの下に置いてありました。

교통편이나 주위의 편의시설등->보통
호텔과 비교해 원룸형태라 가족여행이나 3인이상의 여행시 숙소로는 괜찮음.
간단한 취사나 세탁기도 있어 편리.
단 한가지! 호텔이 아니라 그런지 청소가 제대로 안되어 있음.
휴대용 청소기를 가져와,날 잡아 청소 한번 싹~하면 좋을 듯.!
그리고 침대는 무늬만 침대지 스프링이 껴져 있지만 그래도 자는데 지장은 없어보임☺️
화장실은 용도별로 구분되어 있고,대체로 깨끗했음.

一入去睇張床，就見到床單、枕頭都仲有d 毛髮係上面，床仲有d 黑色污漬。枱面抹落去又係黑色的。
因為我今次同朋友家人去，訂左一連5日的房間，實在無法接受這個清潔度。一上去房間就好似做清潔工咁。
另外，我訂的是4人房，飯枱的椅子只有2張，永遠不能一起食飯。我想，加兩張圓凳不是很難吧？
梳化床嚴重高低不平，加上只有薄薄一層被鋪當床墊，好難訓，只能屈在其中一邊訓。
唯一好處是這裡的地理位置確實好，差不多一條直路，步行約7分鐘變到博多站，途中有便利店及藥妝店，都算方便。

The apartment is well located and vonvenient - it's a 8 minute walk to the Hakata Station. It is true to description but well equipped especially thd kitchen. Thr bathroom was excellent as it's modern and thr ling bath is superb. Management was super helpful and responsive to every query andvrequest we made. Value for money.
