nice lotion but so so so noisy...

Street noise is LOUD, beds not really comfortable, fair distance from transport.

Kitchenette is well stocked. Grocery store is within walking distance of around 10 mins. There's on-site parking at a fee but there's only 3 lots. So take your chances. Very clean and comfortable.

Overall the property is good, spacious room and beds, surprised to have a washing machine in room. Walking distance to convenient store, restaurants and Hakata Station. There are 2 things to improve: Incorrect entrance code, there’s no A in the code to key; The electricity supply is not working on the right side bed. Except these, it’s a very good property to stay.

This property was good for the price that we paid and the location is excellent.

The system is not so friendly to use, difficult to use without talking to employees

The apartment is well located and vonvenient - it's a 8 minute walk to the Hakata Station. It is true to description but well equipped especially thd kitchen. Thr bathroom was excellent as it's modern and thr ling bath is superb. Management was super helpful and responsive to every query andvrequest we made. Value for money.

Japanese law makes is difficult to honestly review a japanese business. With that said, the property was worth what we paid for the stay. Canal city mall is ~ 14min walk and Hakata station is ~6min walk. Plenty of shopping and good places to eat nearby

공항에서 가깝고, 하카타역까지 걸어가기에도 적당하여 모든면에서 추천합니다. 근처에 편의점 뿐만아니라 큰 슈퍼마켓도 있어서 과자류나 곤약젤리 등도 살 수 있었고, 길건너에 패밀리 레스토랑도 있고, 바로 옆 건물에 중국집도 있어요. 다만, 길가에 위치해 있어 차량 소음이 조금 있어서 소음에 민감하신 분이면 고려해 보세요

I liked cleanness and safe feelings at the entrance and unit area. Close to HAKATA station east exit, there are a lot of restaurants, cafe and convenience stores. It was very kind that there were some taxi companies phone numbers, helped us a lot.

I liked that it was spacious, elevator, bathroom was great. There was a washer that spun clothes but not sure if it dries so i hung it in the balcony. Walked to underground station for dinner. Only complaint are the beds and couch is work out. Other than that it was cute and perfect for me and my parents. Thank you very much.

国道沿いのアパートだったからか、早朝の交通による騒音で目が覚めて寝れませんでした。 また、アイロンがなかったのが大変困りました。 洗面所にハンドソープがあったのと、キッチンにキッチンペーパーがあったのはとても助かりました。

It is located close to public transport and within walking distance to most of the tourist spots in Hakata. However, there are not many public car parks close to the property.

I wish it was closer to the station and there were more restaurants near it but that cannot be helped by the property owner. Very nice apartment!

It was comfortable, everything needed was there and it was nice that there was laundry detergent as well, a nice place to stay.

Its walkable to everything. Supermarket is 6 minutes away. Place was not clean when we arrive. I have to vaccum and clean up. They do provide things to clean up.

During the trip Kyushu, I stayed in two unmanned hotels. The communication with SG is perfect. I got the check in details via email several days before check in. The check in and check out worked efficiently. However I had check in problem with the other unmanned hotel and I spent a lot of time to finish the check in. The room is bigger than traditional hotel at the similar price. You have everything same as traditional hotel but you will also get the kitchen and the washing machine. It is also as clean as traditional hotel too. It is around 8-10 min walk to Hakata station. I strong recommend SG as you would find the unmanned process without any hassles.

It is not a hotel. It is more like an ordinary western style apartment which is quite spacious and have a washing machine and kitchen. Only around 8-10 min walk to Bataks station. And 3-4 min walk to a convenience store. Highly recommended

This place felt like a home away from home. It was comfortable and the kids loved it! The only critiques that I would give it is checking in could be smoother because we did not know how to get into the building. We were waiting outside at 3pm and eventually a woman let us in. Also, the tablet for checkout would not turn on and so we had to just leave the room when we were ready to leave. Overall, it was really nice and we would stay there again.
