The front desk lady was courteous, kind and very helpful. Her name was Maureen. I would recommend the management recognize her for her customer service

Stayed twice over a 7day period at this comfortable and well run hotel close to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained with amenities. Onsite restaurant has a wide selection for bfast, lunch & dinner and were well prepared. Thank you.

If you’re used to staying at a hotel in Africa, this place is perfectly fine. If you think you’re traveling in America, you may be disappointed a bit. I stay in this place every time I go through JKIA. They pick me up at the airport, for a nominal fee. Maurine is wonderful at the front desk. Other helpful people carry my bags. The bed is adequate. Have plenty of warm water for the shower.

Close to airport. No noise around. Sheets and towels were clean. But,
Maitainance is not proper. In the room AC not functioning. Changed room but AC was less efficient. SpringBed was not good. Bathroom was smelly. Hand shower holder missing. Hotel is ok for an overnight stay at reasonable price.
