All of staff was really friendly and kind! Wéve passed good time with them!

The staff were so hospitable, very helpful and so friendly, the room was clean and had very quick service for whatever i needed. And the place was clise to the airport.

Close to airport, but not that easily accessable

As an American, I wanted to try this hotel as it is much cheaper than the normal "American" hotels near the airport. Good: Cheap! Great service. Clean. Close to Airport. Good Air Conditioning. Be Aware: Shuttle is expensive ($15 each way and hotel was only $45 for the night). I used Uber and with tip it was $6 USD. Towels...sandpaper? They are not great and it seems like they air dry them. Shower, lacking a bit. Bring your own shampoo/soap. Bed - decent. Overall, I would stay there again by myself to save $80 but probably wouldn't bring a group or family. As long as you know what you are getting, this is a very good choice!

Decent hotel except water pressure

Efficient pick up. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Fairly basic but good choice if you are looking for a simple hotel near the airport.

La douche, très peu de pression donc difficile de se doucher correctement et pas très propre...

All was good; hot water in the shower would have been nice.

We stayed here for 1 night after a long flight from the US. We were heading to Mombasa the next morning The front desk lady was courteous, kind and very helpful. Her name was Maureen. I would recommend the management recognize her for her customer service I would definitely stay here again

The price is good, staff are excellent, it is about 5 miles from airport not 2 miles. Beds are very old and not comfortable

Everything w As fine except there was not hot water in the shower. That has been the case also other times I have stayed there. It would be nice if that could be fixed. Otherwise all was fine.

I enjoyed my overall experience. I love the people and their care.

If you’re used to staying at a hotel in Africa, this place is perfectly fine. If you think you’re traveling in America, you may be disappointed a bit. I stay in this place every time I go through JKIA. They pick me up at the airport, for a nominal fee. Maurine is wonderful at the front desk. Other helpful people carry my bags. The bed is adequate. Have plenty of warm water for the shower.

Its is clean safe and the staff are great. Big shout out to the maid who was of great assistance

The property DOES EXIST AND EXPEDIA IS COMPLICIT AS THEY REFUSE TO REFUND PAYMENT TO A PROPERTY THAT DOES NOT EXISIT!!!!

Perhaps not fair to haver high expectations at this price but the place is just very poorly maintained with nothing that breaks repaired or replaced

I love the customer service. It was exceptional. Nothing to dislike
