Hotel Argana

Cet hôtel ne vaut vraiment pas son prix. Le parking est minuscule et mal indiqué, ce qui nous a fait perdre des dizaines de minutes à chercher une place. On a eu une chambre sans eau chaude et on n'a été relogé que le lendemain, après des réceptions très froides. Les chambres sont petites, sans balcon, ce qui n'est pas pratique pour les familles. De plus, l'hôtel est très vieux, avec une boîte de nuit à côté qui fait trembler les chambres jusqu'à 4h du matin. Je ne le recommande pas du tout.

Returning to the hotel having stayed a few times previously. Always feel comfortable in the Argana. There is a big difference between the rooms that have been refurbished and those that havent though. Food was excellent, as always.

Breakfast and dinner was decent with lots of options. The hotel had lots of activities going on during the day and night which were really good like the pool sports during the day and magic & fire show during the nights. It’s important to note that gym is not free for anyone like us who assumed it was included in our booking. You do however, get much more variety of equipment than those of other hotels.

We had an amazing stay here for 5 days. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are cleaned regularly. Would stay again.

Bon hotel agréable

The Ac was leaking. It never worked during the night, although we told hotel reception they claimed it was fixed but it never was. The hotel is right near a club so blasting music until 2am, not ideal for children. Breakfast, lunch and dinner wasn't bad.

Stay was ok. Drinks are awful and disgracefully overpriced. You cant buy a glass of wine you have to buy a bottle

The stay was very good - we booked half board the choice for the buffet is crazy and so tasty. The menu changes every day and includes everything you can think of from juices to desserts to starters. The entertainment is really good - every evening there is a different show. The only downsides are you have to pay 2 dirhams to use the locker in the room which I’ve never seen in any other hotel and they don’t provide ‘free water’ during dinner which I feel is slightly inconsiderate. I would definitely recommend this hotel you will not be disappointed.

Staff at desk tried to overcharge city tax so that set the tone really. Room was booked for 5 however it was a room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Television did not work . Sent the engineer at 10pm and he couldn’t fix the issue. No TV during the whole stay. Lights in bathroom didn’t work so they sent someone to install new bulbs at 9pm. Can hear the traffic at night even with windows closed. Breakfast was decent but always crowded.

Fuyez si vous cherchez un vrai 4 étoiles. Lit cassé, mauvaises odeurs, humidité, fourmis, cafard, clim en panne, mobilier usé, hygiène douteuse (papier toilette sale à l’arrivée), et des services pourtant essentiels… payants (eau, salle de sport, coffre, serviette). Même le taux de change est à la louche à la réception. Le seul point positif : les buffets sont variés et les serveurs adorables. Mais ça ne sauve pas tout. Bref : une grosse déception. Rapport qualité/prix catastrophique.

A éviter.

L'hôtel est globalement plutôt agréable, mais le service est inexistant: impossible de joindre la réception ou le room service par téléphone, petit déjeuner uniquement dans une salle qui ressemble à un réfectoire d'usine, accès interdit à la terrasse pour les repas. A éviter!

Établissement plutôt pas mal très grande piscine encore plus grande que sur les photos postées sur Expedia la literie plutôt moyenne j'ai passé quatre jours et 4 nuits désagréables le matelas était pas vraiment de bonne qualité on ressentait les ressorts donc le dos en compote et énormément de bruit le soir l'isolation est vraiment pourri clairement on entendait tout ce qu'il se passait les animations se terminent à 23h pile sans problème par contre l'hôtel est collé à un club qui fait la fête avec musique à fond en extérieur jusqu'à 4h du matin et les voitures et les motos qui passent on entend vraiment tout si c'est pour du vrai repos cet hôtel n'est pas celui qu'il vous faut par contre si vous aimez la fête et dormir tard genre 4h du matin l'hôtel est parfaitement adapté à vos besoins concernant la restauration nickel vraiment beaucoup de choix c'était super bon que ce soit les entrées ainsi que les pratiques plats principaux et les desserts sur ça rien à dire le personnel très agréable également... Je regarde un bon souvenir mais avec les enfants et pour le repos c'est pas top

Overall good, lots of small details that make’s it difficult as a westerner. Lobby doesnt take credit card fyi.

Svag Wifi täckning annars allt annat är superbra! mysig hotell, full med aktiviter, bästa personalen, hur trevliga och hjälpsamma som helst. Stor pool, bra priser på mat. Jättebra frukost och middag! Rekommenderas !

I would say there was positives and negatives for me and my families stay here at Argana hotel. Starting with some positives, I would say the location is excellent, local shops, cafes and off licence right next to the hotel as well as taxi and the beach was only around 7-10 min walk. We found our room which was a junior suit to be nice and spacious. We had the extended balcony which was nice, it allowed our children to run around although the view was obstructed by a tent so we could not see the pool for example. The lobby area had pretty decor. We had the all inclusive and found a variety of food choices although make sure you get there early. Some negatives for the hotel to take on baord and improve in. Number 1 is the cleanliness, especially the cutlery and glassware in the hotel restaurant was very poor. The plates and glasses that came back out after use was dirty, sometimes greasy. Many people would look at the glasses to pick the cleanest one. Towels were very worn down and had a funny smell to them and the bathrooms could do with a upgrade especially the toilet. Very noisy in the night because of the live music. We had little children with us. It goes on till 11pm and sometimes beyond. Balcony floor was very dirty, if you walked out without shoes then your feet would turn black instantly. If the hotel can drastically improve on our negatives, we would happily return to this hotel if we came back to Agadir.

le personnel au top et réactif, la nourriture excellente et variée, par contre pas eu la chbre demandée donc changement, frigo trop bruyant et ext très assourdissant musique trop forte plus boite de nuit juxtaposée pas cool. Tout est payant de la belle d'eau à ..... etc. La plage est quand même un peu plus loin que prévu surtout au retour car très grosse montée. Vacances enfants du Maroc pdt cette période donc bruit cris etc... ils sont rois. Niveau mobilier, agencement il manque un peu de modernité et ils réparent, peignent, scie coupe etc à n'importe qu'elle heure et jour sans aucune précaution. C'est pas les normes Européennes on y peut rien. Bon séjour quand même dommage que notre avion soit qu'à 18h35 car libérer chbre à 12h30 après on ne pouvait pas faire grand chose attente très longue.
