Hotel modern yang bagus di Kota Vang Vien. Pemandangannya sempurna. Kamar besar dan bersih (bahkan beberapa peralatan rusak tetapi tidak apa-apa secara keseluruhan). Stafnya ramah dan membantu. Makan malam itu enak dan tidak mahal. Sarapannya juga enak. Ada beragam makanan, baik gaya lokal maupun barat. Lokasi tidak apa-apa, mudah untuk pergi ke pasar malam dan restoran lainnya.

Property was beautiful, clean and modern. Staff was exceptional! The pool was clean with a breathtaking view ! Breakfast buffet was probably one of the best I’ve had! 10/10 recommend !

Very lovely and helpfull staff. Conveniently locaties in the city centre of Vang Vieng with beautifull views on the river and scenic mountains. Plenty of activities available to book at the reception.

The room is nice. Service are great as well as the breakfast. The view is also beautiful on the river side and from the swimming pool, it‘s really relaxing. Stay here for the second time, still love it. Only thing that should be improve is the air-con. Seemed like all the room we‘re staying this time including our friends‘ rooms, the air-con wasn‘t quite cool enough even though we‘re turning to only 18c with highest fan speed already.

Location: The hotel is very centrally located in the center of town, with views of the mountains no less. Get a room with a balcony, not facing the town. Service: Front desk service was average at best. They weren’t the best trained crew, but no real complaints. Lobby/General Space: While the lobby is large, there is only one elevator for the entire hotel. You might wait a while for it to come. Why they don’t have an automatic front door is beyond me. Room: Sizable room with soft bed and pillows. Decent layout with master light switch to turn everything off from bedside. There are switches to turn on/off do not disturb signs (huge plus). Bathroom: Decent size bathroom, but the showers are tight. The door opens in and requires some squeezing past to get in. On the other hand, the huge useless tub takes up all the extra space. Shower pressure is iffy and constantly changes temperature without the knob being adjusted. There could definitely be more hooks to hang things like towels. Housekeeping: Solid and no complaints.

One night stay was fine. It’s a great hotel. Staff was excellent. Beware the junk food prices. Just be healthy and you’ll be fine. Locker was low on battery. Did not use but wanted to. Was a single night so didn’t mention to staff.

By far my favourite stay in Laos. The property is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and up to date and the staff were very helpful with assisting to select and book excursions. The view from our room was spectacular; the gorgeous mountains are quite a thing to wake up to everyday. The pool is fantastic and the gym was definitely above average. Would absolutely come back, no hesitation.

It's definitely a quality hotel. Excellent water pressure too. The view at the rear of the property faces West and is quite beautiful, especially at sunset. If there is any trouble with a unit, management is quick to resolve in an acceptable manner. Would stay again.

Nice view. Good location. Super Great Breakfast Buffet. Friendly staff. Ok restaurant. Menu prices did match the online menu as they changed the prices of one menu before they changed the online menu prices and room menu prices. Comfortable and soft bed. Clean sheets. Bathroom has some mold that can be removed with bleach (haiter) and water. The air conditioning in the room was weak compared to the another room I previously occupied. The bathroom comes with shampoo, conditioned, shower gel, lotion, toothbrush and paste, a comb, and clean towels. The shower temperature and flow fluctuates. The room and bathroom door had greasy lotion hand prints that could have been easily cleaned. The pool has a relaxing view and outdoor bar. The gym looked clean and unused. Overall nice place.
