Pullman Riga Old Town (Renovated 2025)

This is a very high class, comfortable hotel. The restaurant is very good and the pool/sauna area is really nice. Staff are super friendly and efficient. Beds are huge and comfortable. The only issue we had was no wardrobe to speak of so we’re not really able to unpack.

Bra service och bra läge. Fin Lobby och restaurang men rummen var mer som ett 3 stjärnigt hotell.

The staff member did not check in us under the correct reservation, and we hot double charged!

The staff were friendly and professional and we were made very welcome. Room was kept very clean as were all the public areas. The only thing that let it down was the breakfast. Due to the buffet bar’s design it was hard for more than one person at a time to serve themselves. The bacon left a lot to be desired and the breakfast a la carte disappointing due to being served tepid and on cold plates. However the breakfast aside, and my critiques are intended as just minor, the overall experience was great and I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to others.

The breakfast was a really good variety of choices and healthy choices were ample. They refilled it as fast as they could which really appreciated and service was warm and friendly. The rooms were so quiet and they gave me what i wanted so it was impressive with a nice view and higher floors. Room was clean and just what you expected and area was near the Xmas markets and sights of the old town which was really convenient as such. They decorated the interior with Xmas decor and was really festive. The sauna and gym area was really good and pool was quite cold though, long but its really for a singular person swimming up and down is the only downside but very good length so cant complaint. Highly recommended property. Thank you

Alt i alt en ikke god nok oplevelse. Værelserne var sådan set fine nok, men de var ikke ‘superior’ som vi havde forventet. Poolen var meget kold søndag formiddag, så den kunne ikke rigtigt bruges med mindre man gik direkte fra saunaen til et koldt dyp. Sengene var gode. Det var lydt på værelserne, så man kunne høre folk der gik eller snakkede stille på gangene. En del mangler alt i alt, særligt restauranten og drinksbaren. De var løbet tør for ingredienser, så de kunne ikke lave Espresso Martini, mojito eller servere cava. Alle drinks blev egenfortolket, så de ikke lignede noget, der passede til navnet. Fx blev en Irish coffee serveret som en varm whiskeymilkshake, margaritaen havde ikke tequila i, og French 75 var ren citronsaft. Maden var god, men restauranten havde alt for lave loungestole til middagen, så man sad akavet lavt i forhold til bordene. Ikke alle kunne sidde og spise med kniv og gaffel uden at have flere ekstra puder at sidde på (vi er normal højde 165-185 cm i et selskab på 7). Derudover kunne taxaen ikke køre helt til hotellet, fordi vejen var på et regeringsområde. Personalet var meget flinke, der var ikke problemer med at checke ind tidligt eller checke ud sent eller få opbevaret kufferterne før værelserne var klar.

Flott oppusset hotell, hyggelig betjening og fantastisk mat på hotellrestauranten.

Very nice hotel situated in The Old Town. Fine room except for the bathroom - bathtub but no regular shower. Very helpful staff. Super breakfast.

Juhlimme matkalla mieheni syntymäpäiviä ja hänet huomioitiin mahtavasti hotellilla. Myös lähtöpäivänä löytyi joustavuutta ja saimme pitää huoneen hetken pidempään lentokentälle lähtöön saakka. Erinomaista palvelua hotellin henkilökunnalta.

Helt fint hotell, rent og hyggelig. Dyr frokost, men mange alternative spisesteder i nærheten.

The room was a good size cleaned by staff daily who were very helpful, quickly dealing with any request. Breakfast was of a very high standard. All staff at the hotel were helpful in every area that we used.
