Expedia has a fiduciary responsibility to warn guests that taxis and Bolt stops 2 blocks from the hotel because the area is the Parliament and traffic not allowed into the hotel area. Staff are not properly trained and breakfast basic. It is NOT a 5 Stars hotel. No non slip mats for the shower. Very basic overrated hotel. Would not recommend seniors to drag their bags on the cobblestone street to the hotel.

Fint hotel, hotellrom, og stilig interiør. Bra beliggenhet sentralt i gamlebyen, gangavstand til alt. Likte godt at det var basseng! Rommet var rent og av god størrelse. På badet var det ingen knagger å henge fra seg noen av hånddukene. Man må betale 250€ i depositum når man sjekker inn. Det er ingen innsjekking etter kl 23:59, noe vi ikke var forberedt på. Heldigvis ankom vi kl 23:30. Helt greit hotell, men ville ikke kalt dette hotellet 5-stjerners. Kunne kommet tilbake :)

No silent No clear No good

I simply expected more and therefore was disappointed. Don’t get me wrong the hotel is recently renovated and clean but didn’t meet my (unrealistic?) expectations. It was the little things that affected my impression. Room was dark both light and in colouring wise. The room had the typical hotel room lighting (not enough) and the window was to an “atrium” (light shaft) and it was impossible to know how the weather was outside. Really positive thing was the bathroom lighting: one of the best lightings for putting makeup on. Ventilation in the room was not on when you weren’t in the room so the air was heavy when returning to the room. Hotel adverts that the rooms are soundproof; not really. I could hear well every person walking past my room. Hairdryer is poor - bring your own if you have something else than buzz cut. And then critical thing for a coffee drinker: double room but only one regular and one decaf capsule in the room. Leads to a poor morning when you have to ‘rock paper scissors’ for caffeine. Breakfast was good - lovely selection of foods. Service was with echoes from soviet era. Parking is conveniently around the corner (separate parking).

Fantastisk lækkert hotel. Altså wow. Man får meget for pengene og personalet er utroligt søde. Sengene var enormt dejlige at sove på og ingen støj på værelserne. Meget rent og nydeligt hotel og det er lækkert at spa er inkluderet. Morgenmads buffeten var også virkelig god. Anbefaler virkelig dette hotel

Tive uma ótima experiência. O local era limpo, bem organizado e a equipe foi simpática e prestativa durante toda a estadia. A localização é conveniente, com fácil acesso aos principais pontos de interesse. O ambiente é tranquilo e confortável, ideal para descansar. Recomendo a outros viajantes e certamente voltaria novamente.

Very well located. It is possible to walk everywhere from here. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Yet it was atill nice and quiet on a night and we slept very well. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. And there was plenty of storage. It was very clean. Breakfast was good and the hotel was well maintained. Front desk were welcoming on arrival and helpful.

Sehr zentral in Old Town Riga gelegenes, wirklich sehr schönes und ansprechendes Hotel mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Nach der kürzlichen Renovierung wurde alles auf einen modernen Zustand gebracht. Leider war unser Zimmer sehr dunkel, da nur ein Fenster zum Innenhof. Zusätzlich konnte der renovierte Duschraum den Wasseraustritt ins Badezimmer nicht verhindern. Dies waren aber wirklich die einzigen beiden Nachteile. Personal top und super freundlich, dazu ein wirklich unvergleichbares Frühstück in Buffetform. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel!
