The air freshener in the lifts was so strong it made me nauseous being in such a small space with such a strong scent

We had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur. The staff were welcoming and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. What really stood out was the large breakfast buffet, lots of delicious options to start the day! A special mention to Hairul, who was a friendly and attentive waiter. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Kuala Lumpur!

Modern and clean hotel. Good locations walk in 10 mins to klcc golden triangle.

We had multiple issues with our stay - in our room the rainfall shower head didn’t work, and water leaked on the floor where we had to block it with multiple towels. The water was not warm enough. The design of the hand wash basin was poor, where water leaked behind the sink. There were moths behind the screen which goes in between the bathroom and bedroom. There was also a damp smell in the bed. There aren’t any windows to open in the room so the room isn’t well ventilated, even when using the air con. The rooms do not look like the pictures online. We informed staff and this was not followed up with until our last night where they offered to send an engineer, but there was not point as we were about to leave. There was also a planned power outage during our stay which we should’ve been told about before we arrived so that we could have the option to book another hotel instead. Staff gave us a complimentary free dinner one night, but we would’ve preferred compensation. Very disappointing stay for a double tree hotel, and would not stay again. The only enjoyable part was the breakfast and the kind staff there

Very fresh with too many options

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Hatten ein Executive Zimmer mit Zugang zur Executive Lounge für Frühstück und ausgedehntem Apero Buffet.. sehr fein und das Personal einfach toll!!

There were many kinds of food in breakfast and it was fun and delicious. Front staff was very kind when I arrived to hotel very early.

First of all my room was not ready for check in until 3:40 pm local time. My family had to repeatedly go to lobby to check if room was ready. Toilet in room made noise all night and trains passing by my room disturbed my sleep. Lobby area was filthy.

The property is nice accept the the swimming pool area where there was only less than 14 lounge chairs and none were available.

Quand je suis arrivé dans la chambre j’ai découvert une valise fermé au milieu de la pièce j’ai tout de suite pensé que la chambre était occupé et qu’il s’agissait d’une erreur. le personnel s’est excusé et m’a proposé une nouvelle chambre. La chambre est assuré spacieuse et propre. le matelas et les oreillers sont plutôt bas de gamme. Le petit déjeuner est très bien je n’ai pas testé la piscine car la salle du buffet donne directement vue sur la piscine donc si vous allez vous baigner le matin vous aurez tous les clients qui vous regarderons pendant leur petit déjeuner.

Top notch service! We also loved that it’s above the mall so we can get some groceries or shopping done. Loved that it’s beside the Ampang Park RapidKL so it’s easy to get around and since it’s not exactly in the middle of the city centre, the jam is bearable.

Amazing ubication is perfect

Ontbijt was heel erg goed en er zijn genoeg winkels in het gebouw. Het hotel is gesitueerd in een Shopping Mall. Heel goed. De metro en bus zijn op loopafstand. Een fijn en goed hotel 👍

Plenty to choose from for breakfast Room was spotless Shopping centre within the building was an advantage with everything from kfc,supermarket and restaurants
