Elite establishment, which is expected from Hilton, great beds, they also offer a good range of different pillows which was a HUGE game changer for me. Would defo visit again!

I had an excellent stay at the Hilton. The check-in was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my visit. Breakfast was good with enough variety, and overall the hotel provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I would return and can recommend it.

Good rooms!

The hotel is really central within a shopping mall. The conciois on the ground floor, regular check in on 1st floor and executive rooms check in on 34th floor. Check was seamless with my luggage taken from me when I arrived at concierge and didn’t see it again until I went ro my room. It was waiting for me! You get a cookie once checked in and if the room is not ready, you can wait or if you’re in executive rooms, asked to wait in the lounge with refreshments. This lounge serves breakfasts ,pastries for tea and cocktails in the evening. The view is beautiful and food is regularly topped up. The whole team were absolutely brilliant; always happy, informative, smiling and attentive. My room was clean and brilliantly presented. I had a shower that didn’t have hot water so I went for breakfast in the executive lounge, I mentioned it to Yuri who has looking after me. She took my room number and told me it was being taken care of. By the time I got back, it had been fixed and an apology note with a bar of chocolate was on my desk. There is a gym, an adult and children’s pool on 10th floor. This is a centrally located, clean hotel with an attentive, observant and helpful team who make your stay a seamless pleasant experience! Bravo to them all!!

Clean and closer to everything

Really clean rooms. Great staff

Had to wait 2 hours for two rooms on the same floor. After 2 hours they gave us Roos on separate floors. No communication and a waist of a few hours. Normally no big deal but after a long flight. Bigger deal. Rooms were clean and hotel is attached to shopping center. If your hungry plenty of places to eat But your in Malaysia. Go out and find the most diverse food in the world. Borrowing New York City. 😋. Hotel was good give it a 7. It’s clean but not personal
