Read a lot of views about rude staff and this was not the case. I feel that staff are being rude to and that when you are respectful you are treated accordingly. We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready even by 2pm but by 2.30pm we was assigned another room that was bigger due to the wait. Cleaning staff and reception staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit dated but clean a few things need doing such as a stiff shower door or a little bit of a leak from the air con but no major issues. In good location and wasn’t too loud considering it’s a busy area. Bus route to the main areas and airport was only 2-3euro only issue is the tv, small and not smart so couldn’t log into our Netflix and channels are mainly news or in German and no kettle in room with tea or coffee, can get one and a iron from reception for a deposit which you will get back when you return them.

Séjour décevant. Photos sur le site qui ne ressemblent pas à la réalité. Chambre ne correspond pas à la réservation. Moisissures dans la chambre et dans l’hôtel. Piscine sale. Présence de cafards. J’ai déjà envoyé par mails toutes les photos.

I stayed at this hotel from the 8th September to 17th September 2025 with my sister. We didn’t realise it was going to be on the busy strip, however that didn’t bother us as we was there for an event. I really liked the area, as we was local to the shopping centre and local restaurants. We also got to explore the area and we felt really safe during our trip. I really like our hotel, our room was spacious. It had enough space for all our belongings and only critique I would have is there was no mini fridge which I do like to have in my hotel room when I’m travelling. In some parts of the hotel, it could be refurbished and redecorated however, overall it’s a really decent hotel for the price we paid, I would recommend this hotel only if you are going to an event as there isn’t much facilities in the hotel for you to do.

Nous avons réservé une chambre double pour 2 personnes pour 2 nuits à un prix de 80 euros la nuit. Quand on est arrivés dans la chambre on s'est retrouvé dans un dortoir de 4 lits, ambiance sombre et propreté suspecte. La chambre ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos affichés sur le site Hôtels.com La seule solution qu'on a trouvé s'était de chercher un autre hôtel en urgence, sans pouvoir se faire rembourser par Beach Gardens. On trouve ça honteux. C'est la seule mauvaise expérience qu'on a eu à Malta pendant 2 semaines.

You pay for what you get, cheaper so expect bare minimum. The managers of the hotel were nice and helpful. This is a very noisy hotel. We initially had a room right at the front of the hotel. It feels like you are sleeping on the street, the noise comes straight in. You hear the road and the music. That night we didn’t get any sleep. We thankfully were moved to the back of the hotel which was much better but you do have groups of people coming back at all hours. Got woken up every night at least twice due to the walls being thin. This hotel is right in the party district, wouldn’t recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing environment. The rooms them selves were fine, beds comfy, clean. The bathrooms do have mould and there is a bit of drain smell. The pool is also fine, standard but can get busy. The beach is nice and a close walk. Lots of restaurants around. If you are looking for cheaper party accommodation this is the place but if you want a family holiday / calmer holiday, not the location.

L’hébergement est très sale. Nous avions réservé 2 nuits et après la 1ere nuit, nous avons pris un autre hébergement. La chambre est sale, des touffes de poils ont été retrouvées sur le sol, des fourmis pleins la salle de bain, les draps sont tachés. Le matin, pour le petit déjeuner, des cafards courraient entre les plats et le sol était sale du repas de la veille.

Il manque des frigo dans la cheminée

People of the hotel are not kind. the pool opens at 10 and closes at 18. Why? because of the noise? This place is known for Heavy parties ( Bay street / Paceville) But i cannot swim at 19.00 strange.

Séjour agréable, bel hôtel composé de belles chambres et d’une superbe piscine Néanmoins la literie est mauvaise, matelas à ressorts assez anciens je présume et pas d’insonorisation, les femmes de ménage sont très bruyantes à partir de 6h/7h le matin dans les couloirs, pas l’idéal lorsque l’on souhaite dormir un peu

Really basic standards. Not the cleanest hotel. The walls need replastering and painting. The wardrobe was broken and it was not secured to the wall so everytime we opened the doors the entire wardrobe tipped forward to fall over. No safe inside the room or tea/coffee facilities.

The price was good for the location!

The staff made the stay even better! They were excellent, from cleaners, receptionist and restaurant staff all lovely and made the stay so much better. The hotel was a little run down and the water pressure in my room was terrible but other than that I enjoyed my stay.

The room in the annex was clean and personnel very helpful.

Kalt stort rum med fyra, hårda sängar i rad. Trycket i duschen närmast obefintligt Rent och städat Utemiljön oerhört dåligt skött. Det låg bråte och gamla möbler ute. Poolområdet verkar dock relativt nyrenoverat och det var fint. Hotellet ligger mitt i nöjeskvarteren mitt emot stranden

The premises were unsafe, with visible drug activity and loitering on the property. There were ongoing disturbances from other guests (screaming and banging), which staff did nothing to control, despite being notified. The bed had a plywood base, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. These conditions are unacceptable and fall far below the standard promised and reasonably expected. I ask for a full refund due to these breaches of safety, comfort, and service.

Room was very basic. No kettle or cups/ glasses, no TV, dribble of shower, no shelving in bathroom, no hot water first night. Think a basic club 18-30 hostel. Room opposite all the bars playing very loud music till 4am. Then it's partied on the beach till 6am. Our earplugs have been a godsend. Breakfast - Was embarrassingly bad. Just eat elsewhere. Staff were okay, beer was nice as were snacks in bar area. Bar and pool area open to the public and full of beer boys and stag dos. Constant football playing. Pool area gritty and

La presenza di gite e ragazzi e la scarsa insonorizzazione , fa della struttura un luogo rumoroso. A tutte le ore della notte . Non adatto a coppie che vogliono dormire . A due passi ci sono negozi e discoteche con 12 euro di Uber sei alla valletta
