I absolutely loved my stay here! The views from the room were beautiful, and having a private hot tub in every room made the experience even more relaxing. The food was delicious, and the resort itself is stunning—a perfect place to unwind and disconnect. It was also nice that the resort wasn’t overcrowded, although I would’ve enjoyed seeing a few more people around. Room service was excellent. The staff even folded all of my clothes neatly and hung up my wet clothes, which was such a thoughtful touch. I also appreciated the convenience of having a mini store and restaurants right on the property. The only downside was that a few of the waiters seemed to pay more attention to other guests. At times, we had to ask for their attention to get refills or assistance. Thankfully, not everyone was like that. In particular, José stood out—he was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. He truly made our experience even better. 🙏 Overall, it was a beautiful and relaxing getaway

The property was clean and but very outdated and maintained but not well. Our shower had huge chunks missing in the tile. Dish after dish was dirty that I pulled out the cabinet not talking about some dust but old food and grease on the plates. The hotel restaurant was overpriced for the less than mediocre food. Never had ceviche take 20 minutes and had carrots in it. The “private beach” was extremely small and lead out to rocks and the staff advised us not to swim in the ocean due to strong currents and you could smash against the rocks. The view was spectacular 10/10 and because of the location you could see so many stars which was great since we had a balcony. You are very isolated in this location you have to use your own car or uber to get around. There were golf carts that staff would drive you around on to get to the different areas of the hotel. However, the staff did not always answer the phone for you to request they give you a ride somewhere. The walkways has a lot of hills so if you have mobility issues or small children it’s not ideal to walk you need a ride. In the summer with the heat and humidity I was drenched after 10 minutes of walking. Very disappointed

We had a great time staying at this resort. The staff was kind and attentive. And the food was amazing. The convenient store was very convenient and reasonably priced. The rooms were very clean and the views were phenomenal. We will definitely be back.

Walking was a lot because the building are far apart but the views are worth every step, staff is super helpful though and can transport you wherever

Excelente lugar para descansar y relajarse, tal vez el hecho de no poder entrar al mar por estar muy fuerte el oleaje, pero la pasamos muy bien sin duda regresaremos

I have stayed at this property several times and looks best I have ever seen since coming here. Staff was consistently cleaning/painting property. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Food was great and very relaxing stay. They have added a gym which is a great added feature. Worked out everyday.

This place is fine. A little weird. And lots of little fees.

Staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. They made me feel super welcomed and at home. I was so sad to leave but I will be back! My room was exactly what it said it would be. A private jet tub with an ocean view. The property is in a private beach, so the ocean waves brings all the peace and vacation vibes. The pool options are endless. I believe there was 3 pool options in each side of the property. There's also a separate adult's only pool 😉 Personally I only really ate breakfast on property but each time I had it, it did not disappoint. Club Regina has my heart. If you're looking for a peaceful stay with great amenities like gym, pool etc, then you'll love it here! Also perfect distance from the airport and san jose del cabo and other areas.

Pésimo servicio

A golf cart ride is needed to get to the main lobby. Not regularly on time. Had to wait more than 5 minutes. Coffee pot was provided, but no coffee, which would be fine with a coffee pot was able to be plugged in at an outlet that convenient most of the time the cord on the coffee pot didn’t reach the outlet closest to it. When you requested something from front desk a I’ve bucket because I didn’t have one they never brought it requested a replacement coffee pot had to ask 3 times. In short, very poor response time from front desk and if any response at all.

We arrived by Uber. The property has a no Uber policy. We were dropped at the gate. The gate agent seemed flustered and didn't offer us a solution to being dropped at the bottom of a hill in 90 degree temps with luggage. We requested a ride. He had to call twice before a ride arrived. Took maybe 20-30 minutes. Once inside we registered and were immediately solicited for a timeshare presentation, which we declined. We arrived in our room. Very musty smell. I noticed black mold on the ceiling of the shower - the likely cause of the smell. The bell hop noticed we had some food, but no fridge in our room. He called the front desk for a mini-fridge. It was not delivered, and at the end of the day we threw out our perishable foods. One of the pools had green algae growing on the underside of the rim, and all pools just generally need maintenance. Breakfast was complimentary, and was good. Views were amazing, and one day we lazed in the pool and watched whales for at least an hour. Pool bars were not staffed when we swam - maybe the wrong time? Bed was comfortable. We could hear our neighbors through the door, so thin walls. Hotel is 18 miles from downtown Los Cabos San Lucas, and Uber was about $30 each time we came and went, with fast pickups. Stay was okay. For the distance to town to the inconvenience of not letting Uber on the property and the musty smell in our room, plus the time share solicitation, I wouldn't stay again. Of note: the staff were incredibly helpful and kind.

Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Freundlichkeit des Personals, der Service sowie die Lage des Hotels. Man hat einen unglaublichen Blick auf das Wasser. Das entschädigt auch dafür, dass manche Zimmer keinen Balkon haben. Man findet immer einen ruhigen Platz an der Sonne, da sich trotz der Größe alles verläuft. Es gibt mehrere Pools, welche sehr gepflegt sind und man bekommt immer einen Platz auf der Liege. Zu bemängeln ist lediglich, dass die Zimmer nicht standardmäßig mit einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet sind und das WLAN sowohl im Zimmer als in der gesamten Anlage zu wünschen übrig lässt. Aber das hindert uns nicht daran schnellstmöglich wiederzukommen. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

This property was BEAUTIFUL. Everything about it was gorgeous outside. Perfectly situated on beautiful beach’s and pools throughout. (3) Room was also nice. Clean. Some updates needed but overall a great, safe feeling and beautiful place to stay. Very nice staff.

If you rely on internet for business I would recommend a different property. Beautiful views and friendly staff. The suites do need modern smart TV’s, but I don’t think their internet could handle it.

Room is in need of some updating; view was amazing from our room- saw whales from the patio, staff was very courteous and went above and beyond. Not gonna lie, the walking was hard. There are golf carts that will pick you up and take you wherever on property but sometimes it was not worth it for a short distance. I probably lost weight on this vacation due to all the walking uphill. Overall- it was a relaxing 4 days and will miss the sound of the waves crashing until my next visit.
